Claims (4)
- 상·하부를 연결하는 연결부에 코일이 권취된 드럼코어에 단자부재를 결합하여 코일을 권취한 다음 링코어의 공간부에 삽입고정하고 납땜하여 제조되는 트랜스포머의 코일장치에 있어서,상기 단자부재(210)에는 드럼코어의(300) 하부(330)와 접합하는 접합부(230)와, 접합부(230)의 일단에 직교하는 제1돌기(250) 한 쌍과, 한 쌍의 제1돌기(250) 사이에는 코일(500)이 권취되는 제2권취부(240)가 구비되고,상기 드럼코어(300)의 하부(330)에는 링코어(400)의 제3돌기(430)가 삽입고정되는 삽입 홈(340)이 구비되며,상기 링코어(400)의 공간부(410) 테두리에는 드럼코어(300)의 하부(330) 안쪽에 접합하는 제2돌기(420)와, 드럼코어(300)의 하부(330) 삽입 홈(340)에 삽입되는 제3돌기(430)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스포머의 코일장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단자부재(210)의 접합부(230)와 드럼코어의(300)의 하부(330)를 접착제로 접합하여 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스포머의 코일장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 링코어(400)와 드럼코어(300)가 조립된 후 접착제의 도포가 용이하도록 링코어(400)의 상면(440)에 접착제도포 홈(450)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스포머의 코일장치.
- 드럼코어의 상·하부를 연결하는 연결부에 코일을 1차로 감고 다음으로 코일을 상부로 올리며 다음으로 드럼코어에 단자부재를 각각 끼워서 결합하고 다음으로 링코어에 드럼코어를 삽입하며 다음으로 연결부에 권취된 코일을 단자부재에 권취한 후 납땜하여 결합하는 트랜스포머의 코일결합방법에 있어서,상기 단자부재(210)와 드럼코어(300)를 접착제를 도포하여 타발하고, 상기 드럼코어(300)의 제1권취부(310)에 코일(500)을 권취한 후 단자부재(210)의 제2권취부(240)에 코일을 권취한 다음 딥핑(Dipping) 작업으로 코일결합이 완료되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스포머 코일결합방법.
