Claims (3)
- 코일이 권취되는 제2권취부(26)가 구비된 단자부재(25)와 베이스(20)가 결합하고 드럼코어는 제2돌기(42)와 제3돌기(43) 한 쌍이 구비된 링코어(40)의 공간부(41)에 삽입하고 링코어 상면의 제2접착제도포홈(45)에 접착제를 도포한 후 납땜으로 제조되는 트랜스포머의 코일장치에 있어서,상부에는 드럼코어(30)가 삽입되어 결합하는 드럼코어삽입부(24)와, 드럼코어삽입부(24)의 가운데에는 드럼코어의 돌기삽입홈(34)에 삽입되는 베이스돌기(21)와, 드럼코어의 제1권취부(31)에서 권취된 코일이 인출되어 단자부재(25)의 제2권취부(26)에 권취 시에 인출을 용이하게 하는 코일인출홈(23)과, 링코어(40)의 제3돌기(43)가 삽입되는 제3돌기삽입홈(22)이 구비된 베이스(20)의 하부와 단자부재(25)의 접합부(27)를 사출로 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스포머의 코일장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스(20)의 드럼코어삽입부(24)에는 드럼코어(30)와 접착이 용이하도록 접착제를 도포할 수 있는 제1접착제도포홈(29)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스포머의 코일장치.
