- 엔진과 기계적으로 연결된 발전기와, 적어도 제1∼제3기어요소를 구비하고, 제1기어요소가 상기 발전기에, 제3기어요소가 상기 엔진에 연결되는 플래니터리 기어 유닛과, 배터리와, 구동신호에 따라 구동되고, 배터리로부터 직류의 전류를 받아 상전류(相電流; phase current)를 발생시키고, 이 상전류를 상기 발전기에 공급하는 인버터를 가지며, 발전기 회전속도를 속도제어에 의하여 제어하여, 발전기 회전속도가 제어된 상태에서, 엔진 토크 및 엔진 회전속도를 최적연비곡선에 근거하여 제어하는 전동차량 구동제어장치에 있어서, 배터리전압을 검출하는 배터리전압 검출수단과, 상기 배터리전압이 역치(threshold value)보다 높은지 여부를 판단하여, 배터리전압이 역치보다 높은 경우에, 엔진 토크를 제한하는 엔진 토크 제한처리수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동차량 구동제어장치.
