Claims (11)
- 유화 콜로이드와 멜라닌 수지 또는 젤라틴을 물과 반응시켜 얻은 전처리된 고분자를 반응시켜 마이크로캡슐 형태의 슬러리를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화물질의 제조방법.상기에서 유화 콜로이드는 (1)스테아릴메트아크릴레이트(stearyl methacrylate, SMA) 수용액에 소디움 아크릴레이트, 조핵제, 물을 첨가하고 3000∼10000rpm으로 유화하여 얻은 유화 콜로이드 이거나; (2)스테아릴메트아크릴레이트(stearyl methacrylate, SMA) 수용액에 C12∼C30 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 파라핀계 물질, 조핵제, 물을 첨가하고 3000∼10000rpm으로 유화하여 얻은 유화 콜로이드 이거나; 또는 (3)스테아릴메트아크릴레이트(stearyl methacrylate, SMA) 수용액에 C14H30, C18H38 중의 어느 하나 이상의 물질, 조핵제, 물을 첨가하고 3000∼10000rpm으로 유화하여 얻은 유화 콜로이드이다.

- 제1항에 있어서, 유화 콜로이드와 전처리된 고분자의 반응은 50∼70℃에서 500∼700rpm으로 2∼4시간 동안 중합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화물질의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 마이크로캡슐 형태의 슬러리에 분무건조를 추가로 실시하여 분말 형태의 상변화물질을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화물질의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조핵제는 C14H30, C18H38 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상 임을 특징으로 하는 상변화물질의 제조방법.
- 특허청구범위 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조하되 상변화물질로서 소디움 폴리아크릴레이트(Sodium polyacrylate)와, 조핵제로서 C14H30을 포함하여 농산물 유통에 적합한 설정온도 0∼5℃를 유지하는 상변화물질.
- 특허청구범위 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조하되 상변화물질로서 소디움 폴리아크릴레이트와, 조핵제로서 C14H30, C18H38 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 포함하여 농산물 유통에 적합한 설정온도 5∼10℃를 유지하는 상변화물질.
