Claims (4)
- 슬래그를 포함하는 원료 슬러리와, 320 m2/g 이상의 표면적을 가지고 건조시와 흡수 후의 팽창된 길이 변화율이 0.0015 미만인 섬유상 무기물을 혼련하는 단계;상기 혼련된 혼련물을 초조기에서 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 무석면계 슬래그 보드 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 원료 슬러리와 상기 섬유상 무기물을 펄퍼에 투입하여 혼련하고,상기 혼련 단계 이후 및 상기 성형 단계 이전에는 상기 혼련물을 체스터에서 균질화하는 단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 성형 단계 이후에는 양생 건조하는 단계를 더 포함하는 무석면계 슬래그 보드 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 섬유상 무기물은 상기 원료 슬러리의 고형분 100 중량부에 대해 3 내지 12 중량부로 투입하는 무석면계 슬래그 보드 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 원료 슬러리는, 슬래그 40 중량부 이하, 시멘트 10 내지 18 중량부, 반 수석고 4 내지 8 중량부, 펄프 3 내지 11 중량부, 소석회 2 내지 5 중량부, 실리카흄 3 내지 10 중량부, 벤토나이트 3 내지 10 중량부, 규조토 3 내지 10 중량부를 포함하는 무석면계 슬래그 보드 제조방법.
