Claims (3)
- 시멘트, 보강섬유, 첨가제를 함유하는 시멘트 복합재에 있어서,포틀랜드 시멘트 25 ∼ 60 중량%; 셀룰로오즈 섬유 1 ∼ 10 중량%와 폴리아크릴로니트릴(PAN) 섬유 0.1 ∼ 2 중량%를 혼합한 보강섬유; 결정질 실리카 또는 비결정질 실리카 5 ∼ 40 중량%의 강화제; 이수석고 5 ∼ 40 중량%; 자력선별한 규사 또는 퍼라이트 원석 3 ∼ 40 중량% 의 내화제; 및 메토셀룰로오스 0.5 ∼ 1.5 중량%와, 퍼라이트 또는 마이크로셀 0.5 ∼ 10 중량%의 경량제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무석면 시멘트 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로오즈 섬유는 침엽수계 표백 크래프트 펄프(NBKP), 침엽수계 비표백 크래프트 펄프(NUKP), 재생펄프(BDIP) 및 황산염 처리펄프(SP) 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 무석면 시멘트 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 결정질 실리카는 규석분이고, 비결정질 실리카는 실리카 흄인 것을 특징으로 하는 무석면 시멘트 복합재.
