Claims (9)
- 장착공간부(11), 상기 장착공간부(11)와 연통되면서 구획된 상·하출수구(12, 13), 그리고 상기 장착공간부(11)와 연통되면서 구획된 냉·온수유입구(14, 15)를 포함하는 본체(10) 및, 꼭지레버(5)와 연결되고 상기 장착공간부(11)에 배열되는 카트리지(C)를 포함하는 온냉수혼합꼭지에 있어서,상기 카트리지(C)는,상기 상·하출수구(12, 13)에 각각 연통되는 내·외출수공(21, 22), 그리고상기 냉·온수유입구(14, 15)에 각각 연통되는 좌·우유입공(23, 24)이 형성되어 상기 장착공간부(11)의 바닥면에 배열되는 베이스플레이트(20);상기 베이스플레이트(20)의 내·외출수공(21, 22)과 좌·우유입공(23, 24)에 각각 대응되는 내·외대응출수공(31, 32)과 좌·우대응유입공(33, 34)이 형성되어 상기 베이스플레이트(20) 상면에 접하는 지지플레이트(30); 및상기 지지플레이트(30) 상면에 접하게 배열되어 상기 꼭지레버(5)의 조작에 따라 냉온수 유입에 대해 개별 또는 혼합 선택하여 이를 상기 상출수구(12) 또는 하출수구(13)로 선택 출수 가능케 하는 것으로, 상기 지지플레이트(30)의 외대응출수공(32) 바깥쪽에 접하면서 원주상으로 배열되는 출수전환홀(41), 상기 지지플레이트(30)의 좌·우대응유입공(33, 34)을 기준으로 안쪽에 접하면서 초승달 형상의 제3유입전환홀(45), 그리고 상기 출수전환홀(41)과 상기 제3유입전환홀(45)을 연결하는 유통로(44)를 갖는 디버터(40)(diverter)를 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 디버터(40)의 유통로(44)와 밀폐 결합되는 레버장착체(50)와, 상기 레버장착체(50)와 힌지 결합되고 상기 꼭지레버(5)와 고정 결합되는 전달레버(60)가 구비되며,상기 디버터(40)와 상기 레버장착체(50)를 감싸되, 상기 디버터(40)가 상기 지지플레이트(30) 테두리 안에서만 이동이 가능하도록 감싸는 제1경계부(71)와, 상기 제1경계부(71)의 상부로 돌출되어 상기 레버장착체(50)와 연결된 전달레버(60) 일부 영역을 감싸되, 상기 전달레버(60)의 이동 반경을 간섭하지 않도록 감싸는 제2경계부(72)로 이루어진 하우징(70)이 구비되고,상기 하우징(70)의 상부에 배열되어 상기 전달레버(60)에 대한 통과홀(81)을 가지고, 상기 본체(10)의 장착공간부(11) 상단 내주면에 체결되는 커버(80)가 구비되며,상기 디버터(40)의 유통로(44) 상부에 대한 밀폐를 위하여 상기 레버장착체(50)에는 밀폐오링(R1)이 개재되고,상기 베이스플레이트(20)와 상기 지지플레이트(30) 그리고 상기 본체(10)의 장착공간부(11) 각각 사이에는 밀폐오링(R2)이 개재되되, 각 유입공(23, 24, 33, 34)과 각 출수공(21, 22, 31, 32) 사이 사이에 개재되며,상기 베이스플레이트(20)와 상기 지지플레이트(30)의 각 내·외출수공(21, 22)과 내·외대응출수공(31, 32)은 중심을 기준으로 상하로 분반하였을 때 하부에 치우쳐 상하로 구획되어 다른 원주상에 배열되어 있고,상기 베이스플레이트(20)와 상기 지지플레이트(30)의 각 좌·우유입공(23, 24)과 좌·우대응유입공(33, 34)은 중심을 기준으로 상하로 분반하였을 때 상부에 치우쳐 좌우로 구획되어 동일 원주상에 배열되어 있으며,상기 베이스플레이트(20)의 내·외출수공(21, 22)과 좌·우유입공(23, 24)은 상부에서 하부로 갈수록 공간부가 점점 확장되고,상기 디버터(40)는 상기 지지플레이트(30) 보다 직경이 작게 이루어져 있어, 상기 꼭지레버(5)의 상하 및 좌우 조작으로 상기 디버터(40)는 상기 지지플레이트(30)와 접한 상태에서 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉온수 혼합 및 출수로 선택이 가능한 카트리지가 구비된 온냉수혼합꼭지.
