- 다능 동물 세포(pluripotent animal cell)의 제조 방법으로서,동물에서 분리된 제대혈, 골수, 양막액, 지방 조직, 태반 및 말초혈로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 조직으로부터 체세포를 분리하는 단계;상기 분리된 체세포를, 0.5% 내지 2%의 혈청을 함유하는 배지 중에 5일 내지 10일간, 또는 10% 내지 20%의 혈청을 함유하는 배지 중에 7일 내지 21일간, 배지를 변경하지 않고 넣어 둠으로써 수행되는 조건 하에서 배양하는 단계; 및상기 배양된 세포 중 다능 세포를 동정하고 농후 배양하는 단계를 포함하는,SCID 마우스에 도입되면 기형종으로 발생하는 다능 동물 세포(pluripotent animal cell)의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 다능 동물 세포가 단계 특이적 배아 항원-1 네거티브인 다능 동물 세포의 제조 방법.
