Claims (16)
- 성형품(compacted product)을 만들기 위한 방법으로서,a) 윤활제와 분말 입자의 10 중량% 미만이 45μm 미만의 크기를 갖는 철 또는 철계 분말을 혼합하는 단계로서,상기 윤활제는 25℃ 이하의 결정 녹는점을 가지고, 40℃에서 점성도(η)가 15mPas 이상이며, 상기 점성도가 이하의 공식을 따라 온도 의존성을 갖고,10logη = k/T + C여기서 k는 기울기, T는 켈빈 온도, C는 상수이고,상기 윤활제가 혼합물의 0.04 내지 0.4 중량%의 양을 차지하는, 단계; 및b) 800 MPa 이상의 압력에서 상기에서 얻어진 혼합물을 성형하는 단계를 포함하는,성형품을 만들기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,k가 800 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는,성형품을 만들기 위한 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,분말 입자의 5% 미만이 45μm 미만의 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는,성형품을 만들기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 분말 혼합물이 알킬아콕시 또는 폴리에테르알콕시 실란으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 올가노실란을 포함하고, 상기 알킬알콕시 실란 그룹의 알킬 및 상기 폴리에테르알콕시 실란의 폴리에테르 사슬이 8 내지 30개의 탄소 원자를 포함하며, 상기 알콕시 그룹이 1 내지 3개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,성형품을 만들기 위한 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 올가노실란이, 10 에틸렌 에테르 그룹을 갖는 폴리에틸렌 에테르-트리메토시 실란, 헥사데실-트리-메토시 실란 및 옥틸-트리-메토시 실란으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는,성형품을 만들기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 윤활제가 0.1 내지 0.3 중량%의 양만큼 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는,성형품을 만들기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 윤활제가 0.1 내지 0.25 중량%의 양만큼 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는,성형품을 만들기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 혼합물이 대기 온도에서 고체인 윤활제를 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는,성형품을 만들기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 성형이 상승 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는,성형품을 만들기 위한 방법.
- 분말 조성물로서,분말 입자의 10 중량% 미만이 45μm 미만의 크기를 갖는 철 또는 철계 분말을 포함하고,하나 이상의 불건성유, 또는 식물 또는 동물 기초 지방산을 윤활제로서 포함하며,상기 윤활제는 25℃ 이하의 결정 녹는점을 가지고, 40℃에서 15mPas 이상의 점성도(η)를 가지며, 상기 점성도는 이하의 공식에 따라 온도에 의존하고,10logη = k/T + C여기서 k는 기울기, T는 켈빈 온도, C는 상수이고,상기 윤활제가 조성물 및 선택적 부가물의 0.04 내지 0.4 중량%의 양을 차지하는,분말 조성물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,k가 800 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는,분말 조성물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 윤활제가 미네랄 오일, 식물 또는 동물 기초 지방산으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는,분말 조성물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,"유동 변경제(rheological modifier)", "극압첨가제(extreme pressure additive)", "안티 콜드 용접 첨가제(anti cold welding additive)", "산화 억제제(oxidation inhibitor)" 및 "녹 억제제(rust inhibitor)"로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 첨가제가 첨가된,분말 조성물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,대기 온도에서 고체인 윤활제가 포함되지 않은,분말 조성물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,공정 보조물(processing aids), 합금 성분 및 경질상(hard phase)으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 첨가물을 추가로 포함하는,분말 조성물.
