Claims (33)
- 니켈계 화합물 입자를 양극 활성 물질로 하는 밀폐형 니켈 아연 일차 전지에 있어서, 음극 이론 용량에 대한 양극 이론 용량의 비를 1.0~1.6으로 하고 양극 이론 용량에 대한 알칼리 전해액 비율을 1.0~1.6 ml/Ah로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 니켈 아연 일차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 니켈계 화합물 입자를 양극 활성 물질로 하는 양극합제를 압축 성형한 양극 성형체와, 아연을 주성분으로 하는 합금 분말을 알칼리 전해액에 분산시킨 겔상 음극과 세퍼레이터를 금속캔에 수납하여 이루어지며, 상기 양극 성형체의 비고체부의 체적과 상기 양극 활성 물질의 체적의 비가 0.2:1~0.5:1이며, 또한, 상기 양극 성형체를 점유하는 비고체부의 체적 점유율이 15~30 체적%인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 니켈 아연 일차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 밀폐형 니켈 아연 일차 전지가, 인사이드 아웃 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 니켈 아연 일차 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 양극 활성 물질이 옥시수산화니켈 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 니켈 아연 일차 전지.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 옥시수산화니켈 입자가, γ-옥시수산화니켈을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 니켈 아연 일차 전지.

- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 양극 활성 물질은 표면에 코발트 고차 산화물, 금속 코발트 또는 금속 니켈 중 어느 하나로 피복된 옥시수산화니켈 입자, 또는 아연을 공정(共晶)시킨 옥시수산화니켈 입자, 또는 코발트를 공정시킨 옥시수산화니켈 입자, 또는 아연과 코발트 모두를 공정시킨 옥시수산화니켈 입자 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 니켈 아연 일차 전지.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 양극 활성 물질을 피복하는 코발트 고차 산화물이 옥시수산화코발트, 4산화 3코발트, 삼산화 2코발트, 일산화 코발트, 수산화 코발트로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 니켈 아연 일차 전지.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 양극 활성 물질은 표면이 코발트 고차 산화물로 피복된 옥시수산화니켈 입자로 이루어지며, 또한 당해 입자가 시차열 분석으로 200~260℃의 범위에서 흡열 피크를 나타내는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 니켈 아연 일차 전지.
