Claims (12)
- 상호 직렬 연결된 복수의 반응기에서 (메타)아크릴산알킬에스테르, 방향족비닐 단량체 및 불포화니트릴 단량체를 혼합한 혼합 원료가 각 반응기에서의 전환율이 40% 이하로 조절되면서 순차적으로 중합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 반응기는 2∼6개 인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전환율은 반응온도, 체류시간, 중합개시제의 종류 및 함량으로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (메타)아크릴산알킬에스테르, 방향족비닐 단량체, 불포화니트릴 단량체 및 이들의 혼합물로 선택된 단량체를 각 반응기 사이에 추가로 투입하여 각 단계에서 제조되는 중합체의 조성을 반응기별로 균일하게 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 원료는 중합개시제를 0.2 중량부(단량체 혼합물 100 중량부 기준) 이하의 범위로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 원료는 용매를 20 중량부(단량체 혼합물 100 중량부 기준) 이하의 범위로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항의 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 제조되고, (메타)아크릴산알킬에스테르 50∼85 중량부, 방향족비닐 화합물 10∼50 중량부 및 불포화니트릴 화합물 2∼15 중량부로 이루어지며, 중량평균분자량이 60,000 내지 150,000, 분자량 분포가 2.3 이하이고, 투명 ABS 수지용 매트릭스로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지.
- 삭제
- 제7항의 열가소성 수지 및 고무/메틸메타크릴레이트-스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 그라프트 공중합체를 포함하는 투명 ABS 수지 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 고무/메틸메타크릴레이트-스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 그라프트 공중합체와 상기 열가소성 수지는 굴절율 차이가 0∼0.008인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 ABS 수지 조성물.
- 제7항의 열가소성 수지 50∼90 중량% 및 고무/메틸메타크릴레이트-스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 그라프트 공중합체 10∼50 중량%로 이루어지며, Nippon Denshoku Haze meter로 측정한 Haze가 0.1∼4.5 이며, ASTM D-256으로 측정한 1/8" Izod 충격강도가 13∼35 kgf·㎝/㎝인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 ABS 수지 조성물.
