Claims (7)
- 파장이 다른 복수의 발광소자를 가지고 그 중 적어도 하나의 파장의 발광소자가 n개(n은 2 이상의 정수)마련된 광원부와, 주기적인 일정 시간대 내에서 상기 다른 파장의 발광소자를 시분할 구동하는 점등 제어부를 가지는 화상 표시 장치에 있어서,상기 점등 제어부가, 상기 적어도 하나의 파장의 발광소자의 n개를 점등 타이밍이 동일한 m개(m은, 2≤m≤n의 정수)의 점등군으로 나누고, 상기 m개의 점등군을 상기 주기적인 일정 시간대에서 각각 1/m의 빈도로 교대로 점등함으로써, 상기 각 일정 시간대에서 상기 m개의 점등군 중 어느 하나의 점등군을 점등할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 점등 제어부는,상기 적어도 하나의 파장의 발광소자의 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출부와;상기 적어도 하나의 파장의 발광소자의 n개를 동시 발광하는 동시 점등 모드와, 상기 적어도 하나의 파장의 발광소자의 n개를 상기 m개의 점등군으로 나눠 각각 교대로 점등하는 분산 점등 모드를 선택적으로 바꾸는 점등 모드 선택부;를 구비하며,상기 점등 모드 선택부는, 상기 온도 검출부에 검출된 온도에 따라 상기 동 시 점등 모드와 상기 분산 점등 모드를 바꾸는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 점등 모드 선택부는, 상기 온도 검출부에 검출된 온도가 소정 문턱값 이하인 경우 동시 점등 모드를 선택하고, 상기 온도 검출부에 검출된 온도가 상기 문턱값보다 높은 경우 분산 점등 모드를 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 문턱값은 상기 광원부의 휘도 저하 허용치인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시 장치.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 광원부는 상기 발광소자가 장착되는 베이스 부재를 포함하며,상기 온도 검출부는, 상기 베이스 부재에 설치된 온도 센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시 장치.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 광원부는 상기 발광소자가 장착되는 베이스 부재를 포함하며,상기 온도 검출부는, 상기 발광소자 각각에 근접하여 상기 베이스 부재에 설치된 복수의 온도 센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 발광소자는 LED인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시 장치.
