Claims (8)
- 연료전지의 발전상태와 발전 정지상태를 변환하여 간헐운전을 행하도록 제어하는 연료전지 시스템의 제어장치에 있어서,연료전지 시스템을 구성하는 부품 중 상기 연료전지 외부에 놓이고, 수분을 함유하는 소정 부품의 온도에 적어도 의거하여 간헐운전시의 발전동작의 정지 가부를 결정하며,상기 소정 부품은, 연료가스 또는 산화가스의 유통경로에 배치된 밸브, 통로 또는 가습기의 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 시스템의 제어장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 소정 부품의 온도를, 상기 소정 부품에 대응시켜 설치한 온도센서에 의하여 직접적으로 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 시스템의 제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 소정 부품의 온도를, 상기 연료전지 시스템의 운전상태 또는 외기온의 적어도 어느 하나에 의거하여 간접적으로 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 시스템의 제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 정지 가부의 결정에 있어서 불가라고 결정한 경우, 상기 검출하는 온도가 문턱값을 초과하도록 상기 연료전지 시스템의 발전상태를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 시스템의 제어장치.
- 연료전지의 발전상태와 발전 정지상태를 변환하여 간헐운전을 행하도록 제어하는 연료전지 시스템에 있어서,상기 연료전지 시스템을 구성하는 부품 중 상기 연료전지 외부에 놓이고, 수분을 함유하는 소정 부품의 동결 리스크를 판정하는 수단과,동결 리스크가 높다고 판정된 경우에 간헐운전을 금지하는 제어수단을 구비하며,상기 소정 부품은, 연료가스 또는 산화가스의 유통경로에 배치된 밸브, 통로 또는 가습기의 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 시스템.
- 연료전지 시스템에 있어서,전력을 소비하는 소비장치에의 전력공급원으로 제공되는 연료전지와, 전력을 소비하는 소비장치에의 전력 공급원으로 제공되는 상기 연료전지가 발전한 전력을 축전하는 축전장치와, 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 기재된 제어장치를 구비하고,상기 연료전지 시스템은 상기 연료전지의 발전상태와 발전 정지상태를 변환하여 간헐운전을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 시스템.
- 제 7항에 기재된 연료전지 시스템을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 하 이브리드 차량.
