Claims (5)
- 식품 또는 식품 첨가물 중에서 선택되는 하나 및 글루콘산 나트륨을 포함하되,여기에서, 상기 식품 및 식품 첨가물은 냄새를 가지고,상기 냄새는 대두, 생선, 야채, 오래된 쌀, 곤약 젤리(konjak jelly), 비타민, 레토르트-파우치 식품(retort-pouched food), 동물 고기(animal meat) 및 분유로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되는 한 가지이며,상기 글루콘산 나트륨은 상기 식품 또는 식품 첨가물중에 그 냄새를 경감시키기 위하여 0.1 내지 5.0 중량%로 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경구 섭취물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식품은 두유, 대두 단백질, 생선 소스, 건조된 가다랭이 부스러기(dried-bonito shavings), 야채 쥬스, 토마토 쥬스, 마늘, 오래된 쌀, 곤약 젤리 및 동물 고기로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되는 한 가지인 것을 특징으로 하는 경구 섭취물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식품 첨가물은 탈지분유(powdered skim milk) 또는 유장 단백질 농축물(whey protein concentrate)로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되는 한 가지인 것을 특징으로 하는 경구 섭취물.
- 글루콘산 나트륨을 활성성분으로 포함하는 마스킹제:여기에서, 상기 마스킹제는 식품 또는 식품 첨가물의 냄새를 경감시키고,상기 냄새는 대두, 생선, 야채, 오래된 쌀, 곤약 젤리, 비타민, 레토르트-파우치 음식, 동물 고기 및 분유로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되는 한 가지이며,상기 글루콘산나트륨은 식품 또는 식품 첨가물중에 0.1 내지 5.0 중량%로 함유되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
- 0.1 내지 5.0 중량%의 글루콘산 나트륨을 식품 또는 식품 첨가물에 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는, 냄새가 경감된 경구 섭취물을 제조하는 방법:여기에서, 상기 식품 및 식품 첨가물은 냄새를 가지고,상기 냄새는 대두, 생선, 야채, 오래된 쌀, 곤약 젤리, 비타민, 레토르트-파우치 식품, 동물 고기 및 분유로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되는 한 가지이다.
