Claims (16)
- 에리스로박터 리토랄리스(Erythrobacter litoralis) 균주로부터 분리 및 정제되고, SEQ ID NO: 13의 아미노산 서열을 갖는, 광학선택적 에폭사이드 가수분해효소 단백질.
- 제1항에 있어서, SEQ ID NO: 14의 염기 서열에 의해 코딩되는 광학선택적 에폭사이드 가수분해효소 단백질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해효소 단백질의 기질은 스티렌옥사이드(styrene oxide, SO), 글리시딜 페닐 에테르(glycidyl phenyl ether, GPE), 에피클로로하이딘(epichlorohydrin, ECH), 에피플루오로하이딘(epifluorohydrin, EF), 1,2-에폭시부탄(1,2-epoxybutane, EB) 및 1,2-에폭시헥산(1,2-epoxyhexane, EX)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 광학선택적 에폭사이드 가수분해효소 단백질.

- SEQ ID NO: 32의 아미노산 서열을 갖는 단백질을 스티렌옥사이드, 및 글리시딜 페닐 에테르(glycidyl phenyl ether, GPE)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 기질과 반응시켜, 상기 기질을 광학선택적으로 가수분해시키는 단계를 포함하는,광학순도 스티렌옥사이드 또는 글리시딜 페닐 에테르 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 단백질은 SEQ ID NO: 33인 염기서열에 의해 코딩되는 것인, 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 광학선택적 에폭사이드 가수분해효소 단백질을 에폭사이드와 반응시켜, 상기 에폭사이드를 광학선택적으로 가수분해시키는 단계를 포함하는, 광학순도 에폭사이드 제조 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 에폭사이드는 α-메틸스티렌 옥사이드(methylstyrene oxide), 스티렌 옥사이드(styrene oxide), 글리시딜 페닐 에테르(glycidyl phenyl ether, GPE), 에피클로로하이딘(epichlorohydrin), 에피플루오로하이딘(epifluorohydrin), 1,2-에폭시부탄(1,2-epoxybutane) 및 1,2-에폭시헥산(1,2-epoxyhexane)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 광학순도 에폭사이드 제조 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해효소는 pH 6.5 내지 8.0 및 온도 40 내지 60℃에서 상기 가수분해반응을 수행하는 것인, 광학순도 에폭사이드 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해는 pH 7.0 내지 8.0 및 온도 30 내지 40 ℃에서 수행되는 것인 제조 방법.
