Claims (8)
- SEQ ID NO: 2에 기재된 아미노산 서열로 이루어지는 밀치(Mugil cephalus)의 입체선택적 에폭사이드 가수분해효소(enantioselective epoxide hydrolase).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해효소는 SEQ ID NO: 1에 기재된 폴리뉴클레오타이드에 의해 암호화되는 아미노산 서열인 것인 입체선택적 에폭사이드 가수분해효소.
- SEQ ID NO: 2에 기재된 아미노산 서열을 암호화하는 뉴클레오타이드로 이루어지는, 밀치(Mugil cephalus)의 입체선택적 에폭사이드 가수분해효소(enantioselective epoxide hydrolase)를 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오타이드.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 유전자서열은 SEQ ID NO: 1에 기재된 염기서열로 이루어지는 폴리뉴클레오타이드.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 따른 밀치(Mugil cephalus)의 입체선택적 에폭사이드 가수분해효소(enantioselective epoxide hydrolase)를 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오타이드를 포함하는 벡터로 형질전환된 미생물에서 수용성 형태로 상기 재조합 입체선택적 에폭사이드 가수분해 효소를 생산하는 방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 따른 밀치(Mugil cephalus)의 입체선택적 에폭사이드 가수분해효소(enantioselective epoxide hydrolase)를 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오타이드를 포함하는 벡터로 형질전환된 형질전환체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 형질전환체는 대장균, 바실러스속 균주, 슈도모나스(Pseudomonas) 속 균주, 또는 효모인 것인 형질전환체.
- 1) 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 밀치(Mugil cephalus)의 입체선택적 에폭사이드 가수분해효소(enantioselective epoxide hydrolase), 및 2)제3항 또는 제4항에 따른 밀치(Mugil cephalus)의 입체선택적 에폭사이드 가수분해효소(enantioselective epoxide hydrolase)를 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오타이드를 포함하는 벡터로 형질전환된 형질전환체 세포, 상기 세포의 세포 배양물, 및 배양액으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 것을 이용하여 라세믹 에폭사이드 화합물로부터 에폭사이드 에난시오머를 제조하는 방법.
