Claims (8)
- 상대적으로 결정화온도가 낮은 주성분인 1종 이상의 열가소성 수지 60~95중량%와 상기 주성분인 열가소성 수지 보다 결정화온도가 10℃ 이상 높은 부성분인 1종 이상의 열가소성 수지 5~40중량%로 이루어진 열가소성 수지 혼합물, 화학적 발포제, 무기입자 및 공정보조제로 구성된 코팅용 조성물을 용융압출코팅기로 냉각롤 위를 주행하는 기재(1)상에 압출코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 방수 다층 시트의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 기재(1)가 1층 이상의 구조를 갖는 종이, 부직포, 합성필름 및 원단 중에서 선택된 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 방수 다층 시트의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 코팅용 수지조성물이 열가소성 수지 혼합물 100중량부, 화학발포제 0.01~10중량부, 무기입자 5~100중량부 및 공정보조제로 0.1~2중량부로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 통기성 방수 다층 시트의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 주성분 및 부성분인 열가소성 수지 각각이 폴리올레핀계 수지, 폴리아크릴계 수지, 폴리에스테르계 수지, 폴리아미드계 수지 및 이들의 공중합 수지 중에서 선택된 1종의 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 방수 다층 시트의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 화학적 발포제가 (ⅰ) 아조디카본디아미드 및 그의 유도체, (ⅱ) 아릴, 알킬설포닐히드라자이드 및 그의 유도체, (ⅲ) 톨루엔설포닐세미카바자이드, (ⅳ) 페닐테트라졸 및 (ⅴ) 탄산수소나트륨 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 방수 다층 시트의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 무기입자가 탈크, 이산화티탄, 실리카, 견운모, 비석, 황산바륨 및 탄산칼슘 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 방수 다층 시트의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 공정 보조제가 가교제, 산화방지제 및 이형제 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 방수 다층 시트의 제조방법.
- 1항의 제조방법으로 제조되어 기재(1)상에 무정형의 불규칙한 미세기공(3)들을 갖는 통기성 방수층(2)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성 방수 다층 시트.
