Claims (19)
- 표층지; 및상기 표층지 상부에 형성된 표면보호층으로서 올레핀계 소재를 함유하고, 통기성인 표면보호층을 포함하며, 관통공인 핀홀이 형성되어 있는 통기성 벽지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 표면보호층이 무기 충전제가 함유된 올레핀수지컴파운드로 형성되어 있는 통기성 벽지.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀수지컴파운드가 올레핀 수지, 무기충전제 및 난연제로 이루어지는 통기성 벽지.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀수지컴파운드가 올레핀수지 100 중량부에 대하여 무기 충전제 1 내지 100 중량부 및 난연제 1 내지 10 중량부로 이루어지는 통기성 벽지.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 무기 충전제가 탄산칼슘, 탄산마그네슘, 실리카, 카올린, 산화티탄, 황산바륨, 수산화알루미늄 및 탈크로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 통기성 벽지.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 무기 충전제가 1 마이크론미터(㎛) 내지 50 마이크론미터(㎛)의 입도분포를 가지는 통기성 벽지.
- 제 1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표층지 및 상기 표면보호층 중, 어느 하나 또는 두개 층 상부 모두에 인쇄층이 형성되어 있는 통기성 벽지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 표면보호층 상부에 엠보스 무늬가 형성되어 있는 통기성 벽지.
- 삭제
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 표층지 하부에 무기 충전제가 함유된 접착제층 및 하지층인 기재층이 차례로 형성되어 있는 통기성 벽지.
- 제 1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면보호층 상부에 엠보스 무늬가 형성되어 있는 통기성 벽지.

- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 벽지의 표층지 하부에 무기 충전제가 함유된 접착제층 및 하지층인 기재층이 차례로 형성되어 있는 통기성 벽지.

- 제18항에 있어서, 표층지의 일면에 상기 올레핀수지컴파운드를 사용하여 표면보호층을 형성하는 단계의 전 또는 후에표층지 및 표면보호층 중 어느 하나 또는 두 개층 상부 모두에 인쇄층을 형성하는 단계;표층지 하부에 기재층을 형성하는 단계; 및표면보호층 상부에 엠보스 무늬를 형성하는 단계; 중에서 선택되는 어느 한 단계 또는 2 단계 이상을 추가로 포함하는 통기성 벽지의 제조방법.
