Claims (15)
- 제지공정을 감시하는 방법에 있어서,섬유 및 충전 물질과 콜로이드 물질을 포함하는 펄프 서스펜션으로부터 액체 혼합물을 추출하고,분리장치에 액체 혼합물을 가압 및 공급하고,상기 분리장치(16)가 디스크 사이의 하나이상의 공간(6a)을 한정하는 둘이상의 회전가능한 디스크(6)과 디스크(6)의 주위(4)로부터 액체 혼합물의 밀집 부분을 추출하는 수단을 포함하고,상기 디스크(6)가 상기 하나이상(6a)의 공간에 유체가 통하도록 하는 하나이상의 구경(8, 8a, 8b, 8c)내에 한정되는 회전가능한 축(7)에 배치되고,상기 하나이상의 구경(8, 8a, 8b, 8c)이 액체 혼합물의 가벼운 부분을 제거하기 위한 하나이상의 배출구(10)를 가지고;둘 이상의 회전가능한 디스크(7)를 회전함으로써 상기 하나이상의 공간(6a)에서 원심력이 공급되고 가압되는 액체 혼합물에 작용하도록 하여 액체 혼합물의 가벼운 부분을 배출하기 위해 이를 상기 하나이상의 구경(8, 8a, 8b, 8c)으로 가압하고 상기 액체혼합물의 밀집부분이 이를 배출하기위해 디스크(6)의 주위(4)로 가압되고;섬유 및 충전 물질을 포함하는 액체 혼합물의 밀집 부분이 이들의 추출을 위해 디스크(6)의 주위(4)로 가압되고;하나이상의 구성요소를 특성화하기 위해 분석기로 가벼운 부분을 추출하도록 안내하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지공정을 감시하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 액체 혼합물의 0.0000001-25%의 부피가 제조공정에서 추출되어 분리장치로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지공정을 감시하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 추출된 가벼운 부분이 분석기로 안내되기 전에 검사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지공정을 감시하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 공급된 액체 혼합물이 펌프(2)로 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지공정을 감시하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 디스크의 회전속도가 분리장치내의 층류를 극복하는 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지공정을 감시하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 디스크의 회전속도가 500-10000 rpm 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 제지공정을 감시하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 디스크의 회전속도가 1000-5000 rpm 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 제지공정을 감시하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 디스크의 열린 주위를 통해 밀집 부분의 추출이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지공정을 감시하는 방법.
- 제지기계를 포함하는 시스템 및 상기 제지 기계의 작동을 감시하는 감시 시스템에 있어서,상기 감시 시스템이분리장치(16)가 디스크(6) 사이의 하나이상의 공간(6a)을 한정하는 둘이상의 회전가능한 디스크(6), 펄프 서스펜션으로부터 액체 혼합물을 추출하기 위한 수단, 디스크(6)의 주위(4)로부터 액체 혼합물의 밀집 부분을 추출하는 수단을 포함하고,상기 디스크(6)가 상기 하나이상(6a)의 공간에 유체가 통하도록 하는 하나이상의 구경(8, 8a, 8b, 8c)내에 한정되는 회전가능한 축(7)에 배치되고,상기 하나이상의 구경(8, 8a, 8b, 8c)이 액체 혼합물의 가벼운 부분을 추출하기 위한 하나이상의 배출구(10)를 가지고;상기 감시 시스템이 분석장치에 연결된 분석기를 더 포함하여, 배출구(10)로부터 분석기로 상기 가벼운 부분을 안내하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 분석기가 혼탁도 분석기, TOC 분석기, 광학 센서, 적정 분석기, 및 분광광도계 분석기로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 9항 또는 10항에 있어서, 상기 분석기가 혼탁도 분석기, 광학 센서 또는 분광광도계인 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 시스템이 배출구(10)와 분석기 사이에서 상기 시스템에 연결된 검사 장치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 분리 장치가 하우징을 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
