Abstract

"APARELHO DE SEPARAçãO E MéTODO DE MONITORAMENTO DE UM PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE PAPEL". A presente invenção se refere a um método de monitoramento de uma mistura fluida líquida e a um sistema para a realização do método em um processo de fabricação de papel. A presente invenção também se refere à utilização do sistema para monitoramento de misturas fluidas líquidas. Em concordância com a presente invenção, o referido método está caracterizado pelo fato de que compreende: extração de uma mistura fluida líquida a partir de uma suspensão de polpa compreendendo materiais fibrosos e materiais de enchimento e substâncias coloidais; pressurização e suprimento da mistura fluida líquida para um aparelho de separação (16), o referido aparelho de separação (16) compreendendo pelo menos dois discos rotativos (6) definindo pelo menos um espaço (6a) entre os referidos discos rotativos (6), recursos para extração de uma fração densa da mistura fluida líquida a partir do perímetro (4) dos discos rotativos (6), os referidos discos rotativos (6) estando dispostos para um eixo geométrico rotativo (7) definindo dentro dele pelo menos um furo (8, 8a, 8b, 8c) em comunicação fluida com o referido pelo menos um espaço (6a), o referido pelo menos um furo (8, 8a, 8b, Sc) possuindo pelo menos uma saída (10) para remoção de uma fração leve da mistura fluida líquida; submetendo a mistura fluida líquida pressurizada suprida para forças centrífugas no referido pelo menos um espaço (6a) pela rotação de referidos pelo menos dois discos rotativos (6), de maneira que uma fração leve da mistura fluida líquida compreendendo substâncias coloidais é pressionada para o referido pelo menos um furo (8, 8a, 8b, Sc) para extração da mesma, e uma fração densa da mistura fluida líquida compreendendo materiais fibrosos e materiais de enchimento é pressionada para o referido perímetro (4) dos discos rotativos (6) para extração da mesma; guiando a referida fração leve extraída para um analisador para caracterização da mesma ou pelo menos de um componente contido na mesma para monitorar um processo de fabricação de papel. A presente invenção igualmente se refere a um sistema compreendendo uma máquina de papel, e um sistema de monitoramento para monitorar a operação da referida máquina de papel, o referido sistema de monitoramento compreendendo o aparelho de separação (16) anteriormente mencionado.
