Claims (5)
- 다수의 유기전계 발광 소자에 각각 소정의 전계를 인가하여 에이징 처리 하기 위한 유기전계 발광 디스플레이 에이징 장치의 설계 방법에 있어서,소정의 전계를 인가하기 위해 상기 각 소자와 일대응되는 전계 유입 경로를 소정 N개(N ≥2)씩의 군으로 형성하는 제1과정;상기 전계 유입 경로 각각에 일대일 대응되도록 전류원을 매칭시키고, 상기 제1과정을 통해 형성된 각각의 군에 대응되도록 하나의 전압원을 매칭시키는 제2과정;상기 제2과정을 통해 매칭되어진 상기 전류원과 전압원을 각각 병렬적으로 해당 군을 형성하는 전계 유입 경로에 매칭시키는 제3과정;상기 제3과정을 통해 상기 전류원 및 전압원에 대하여 병렬 매칭되어진 전계 유입 경로상에 단속 수단을 구비하는 제4과정; 및상기 제4과정을 통해 구비된 단속 수단을 온/오프 제어하는 경우 각각의 군을 형성하고 있는 각각의 전계 유입 경로에 대해 매칭되는 상기 전류원 및 전압원을 교번적으로 전계가 인가되도록 상기 단속 수단을 제어하여 각각의 시점에 하나의 전계 유입 경로상에 상기 전류원과 전압원을 통한 전계가 인가될 수 있도록 하는 제5과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광 디스플레이의 에이징 장치 설계 방법.

- 다수의 유기전계 발광 소자에 각각 소정의 전계를 인가하여 에이징 처리 하기 위한 유기전계 발광 디스플레이의 에이징 장치에 있어서,소정의 전계를 걸어주기 위해 소정 N개(N≥2)씩 복수개의 군을 형성하는 소자에 대하여 상기 각 군에 일대일 대응되는 전압원과 상기 각 소자에 일대일 대응되는 전류원;상기 각 소자와 상기 전압원 사이에 연결되며, 제1제어신호에 따라 온/오프 동작을 수행하는 다수의 제1스위칭 소자; 및상기 각 소자와 상기 전류원 사이에 연결되며, 제2제어신호에 따라 온/오프 동작을 수행하는 다수의 제2스위칭 소자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광 디스플레이의 에이징 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1스위칭 소자 각각에 대하여 상기 제1제어신호를 발생하여 전류 공급 시간을 조정하는 전류 제어 신호 발생부를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 디스플레이의 에이징 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제2스위칭 소자 각각에 대하여 상기 제2제어신호를 발생하여 전압 공급 시간을 조절하는 전압 제어 신호 발생부를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 디스플레이의 에이징 장치.
