Description
Claims (7)
- 교류전원에 의해 동작하는 발광 다이오드 패키지에 있어서,하나의 기판과,상기 하나의 기판상에 형성된 버퍼층과,상기 버퍼층 상부에 서로 다른 크기를 가지며 전기적으로 분리되어 형성된 상태에서 금속 배선을 통하여 직렬 연결된 복수개의 발광셀들을 포함하는 발광 다이오드 패키지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 복수개의 발광셀들은 전기적으로 인접하여 연결된 셀간에 서로 다른 크기가 반복적으로 배열되는 발광 다이오드 패키지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 복수개의 발광셀들은 2개의 열로 병렬배치되며,제 1 열과 제 2 열은 극성이 서로 반대 방향으로 배열되어 있는 발광 다이오드 패키지.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,각 열에 배열된 발광셀들은 제 1 크기와 제 2 크기를 가지고 해당 열내에서 인접하여 번갈아 배열되어 형성되며,상기 제 1 열의 임의의 위치에 있는 발광셀이 제 1 크기를 가질 때, 해당 위치에 대응하는 상기 제 2 열의 위치에 있는 발광셀은 제 2 크기를 가지도록 형성된 발광 다이오드 패키지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 발광셀들 각각은 N형 반도체층, 활성층 및 P형 반도체층을 포함하고,상기 발광셀들은 인접합 발광셀들의 N형 반도체층들과 P형 반도체층들이 금속배선들에 의해 각각 전기적으로 직렬 연결된 발광 다이오드 패키지.
- 교류전원에 의해 동작하도록 배열된 복수개의 발광 다이오드 패키지를 포함하는 발광소자에 있어서,상기 각 발광 다이오드 패키지는,하나의 기판과,상기 하나의 기판상에 형성된 버퍼층과,상기 버퍼층 상부에 서로 다른 크기를 가지며 전기적으로 분리되어 형성된 상태에서 금속 배선을 통하여 직렬 연결된 복수개의 발광셀들을 포함하는 발광 소자.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 각 발광 다이오드 패키지의 기판은 하나의 동일한 기판인 발광 소자.
