Claims (8)
- 복수의 화소 전극과 각 화소 전극에 접속된 스위칭 소자를 주면에 매트릭스 형상으로 배치한 어레이 기판과,상기 어레이 기판과의 사이에 간극을 형성하여 대향 배치되어 대향 전극을 배치한 대향 기판과,상기 기판의 한쪽에, 상기 화소 전극에 대응해서 형성된 적, 녹 및 청색 필터층으로 이루어지는 컬러 필터와,상기 어레이 기판과 대향 기판의 간극에 협지된 벤드 배열되는 액정층을 구비하는 액정 표시 셀로서,상기 대향 전극 중 적어도 상기 청색 필터층에 대응하는 부분의 정면 반사율의 분광 스펙트럼에서의 최소값이 380㎚ 내지 480㎚ 내에 있고, 상기 대향 전극의 상기 청색 필터층에 대응하는 부분의 막 두께를 tB라고 하면,100㎚<tB≤140㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 셀.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 컬러 필터가 대향 기판과 상기 대향 전극 사이에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 셀.
- 복수의 화소 전극과 각 화소 전극에 접속된 스위칭 소자를 주면에 매트릭스 형상으로 배치한 어레이 기판과,상기 어레이 기판과의 사이에 간극을 형성하여 대향 배치되어 대향 전극을 배치한 대향 기판과,상기 기판의 한쪽에, 상기 화소 전극에 대응해서 형성된 적, 녹 및 청색 필터층으로 이루어지는 컬러 필터와,상기 어레이 기판과 대향 기판의 간극에 협지된 벤드 배열되는 액정층을 구비하는 액정 표시 셀로서,상기 청색 필터층에 대응하는 상기 대향 전극의 부분의 정면 반사율의 분광 스펙트럼에서의 최소값이 380㎚ 내지 480㎚ 내에 있고, 또한 상기 대향 전극의 상기 적색 및 녹색 필터층에 대응하는 부분의 막 두께는 상기 청색 필터층의 막 두께보다도 두꺼운 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 셀.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 대향 전극의 굴절률을 n, 상기 대향 전극이 상기 청색 필터층에 대응하는 부분의 막 두께를 tB, 상기 녹색 필터층에 대응하는 부분의 막 두께를 tG, 상기 적색 필터층에 대응하는 부분의 막 두께를 tR이라고 하면,ntB<ntG≤ntR인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 셀.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 대향 전극의 굴절률을 n, 상기 대향 전극이 상기 청색 필터층에 대응하는 부분의 막 두께를 tB, 상기 녹색 필터층에 대응하는 부분의 막 두께를 tG, 상기 적색 필터층에 대응하는 부분의 막 두께를 tR이라고 하면,190㎚<ntB<240㎚, 250㎚<ntG<280㎚, 290㎚<ntR<350㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 셀.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 대향 전극이 산화 인듐 주석막인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 셀.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 대향 전극이 산화 인듐 주석막인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 셀.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 액정 표시 셀 중 적어도 한쪽에 배치되는 위상차판과,상기 액정 표시 셀 중 적어도 한쪽에 배치되고 상기 액정 표시 셀과의 사이에 상기 위상차판을 끼워 배치되는 편광판을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 셀.
