Abstract
Description
수화조직을 치밀하게 만들어 화학적인 내구성을 증진시킨다. 알루미네이트 속경제의 경우 물과 접촉할 경우 그 반응 속도가 매우 빨라 시멘트와 혼합시 일반 시멘트가 수십일에 걸쳐 얻어지는 압축강도를 수시간에 얻을 수 있게 해주고, 알루미네이트 팽창제는 급속한 수화반응으로 인한 건조수축을 억제함으로써 균열의 발생 및 내구성 저하를 방지하는 역할을 한다.
상기 메쉬(MESH)란 체의 구멍이나 입자의 크기를 나타내는 단위로 타일러 표준체(Tyler Standard Sieve)에서는 1 inch(인치) 길이 안에 들어 있는 눈금의 수를 의미한다.

Claims (3)
- 초속경 시멘트 혼합물 55~65중량%와 수용성 폴리머 혼합물 35~45중량%로 이루어지며,상기 초속경 시멘트 혼합물은 초미립 시멘트(4000~6000㎠/g 분말도를 갖는 시멘트) 50~60중량%, 고로슬래그 20~30중량%, 탄산칼슘 10~15중량%, 알루미네이트 속경제 5~10중량%, 알루미네이트 팽창제 1~2중량%, 유동화제 1~2중량%로 이루어지고,상기 수용성 폴리머 혼합물은 아크릴수지나 SBR수지계 중에서 선택되는 폴리머 디스퍼젼(수지 50~60중량%의 수용액) 70~80중량%, 안료 6~12중량%, 소포제 1~2중량%, 분산제 0.5~1중량%, 증점제 1~2중량%, 감수제 1~2중량%, 수화지연제 1~2중량%, 평활제 2~3중량%, 수축저감제 0.5~2중량%, 알루미늄 스타레이트 3~5중량%, 에틸렌 글리콜 1~2중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 폴리머 시멘트 조성물.
- 칼라 폴리머 시멘트 조성물과 표면처리재로 이루어지며,상기 칼라 폴리머 시멘트 조성물은 제1항의 칼라 폴리머 시멘트 조성물이고,상기 표면처리재는 입도 5~18메쉬인 규사, 제강슬래그, 실리카 중 선택된 어느 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 미끄럼방지 포장재.
- 표면정리단계, 프라이머 도포단계, 칼라 폴리머 시멘트 조성물 도포단계, 표면처리재 처리단계, 양생 및 표면강화제 처리단계로 이루어지며,상기 표면정리단계에서는 아스팔트 콘크리트나 시멘트 콘크리트 도로에서 미끄럼방지 처리를 필요로 하는 구간의 표면을 평삭기를 이용하여 2~5mm 깊이로 거칠게 취핑하거나 고압세척기를 이용하여 표면을 청소한 후 이물질을 제거하고,상기 프라이머 도포단계에서는 프라이머를 0.5~0.8kg/㎡의 양으로 도포하되, 시멘트 콘크리트 도로의 경우에는 추가로 신구 접착제를 0.5~0.8kg/㎡의 양으로 도포하며,상기 칼라 폴리머 시멘트 조성물 도포단계에서는 초속경 시멘트 혼합물과 수용성 폴리머 혼합물을 제조하고 이들을 혼합하여 제1항의 미끄럼방지용 칼라 폴리머 시멘트 조성물을 제조하여 3.0~4.0kg/㎡의 양으로 도포하고,상기 표면처리재 처리단계에서는 입도 5~18메쉬인 규사, 제강슬래그, 실리카 중 선택된 어느 하나로 이루어지진 표면처리재를 3.0~4.0kg/㎡의 양으로 표면에 고르게 살포한 후 고무레이크나 로울러를 이용하여 압착함으로써 표면을 거칠게 처리하며,상기 양생 및 표면강화제 처리단계에서는 양생시간을 거친 후에 표면강화제를 도포하고 경화시킨 후 교통을 개방하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 미끄럼방지 포장재의 포장방법.
