Claims (3)
- 초속경 시멘트 혼합물 60~75중량%와 수용성 폴리머 혼합물 25~40중량%로 이루어지며,상기 초속경 시멘트 혼합물은 초미립 시멘트(4000~6000㎠/g 분말도를 가진 시멘트) 50~60중량%, 고로슬래그 20~30중량%, 탄산칼슘 10~15중량%, 알루미네이트 속경제 5~10중량%, 알루미네이트 팽창제 1~2중량%, 유동화제 1~2중량%로 이루어지고,상기 수용성 폴리머 혼합물은 아크릴수지나 SBR수지계 중에서 선택되는 폴리머 디스퍼젼(수지 50~60중량%의 수용액) 75~82중량%, 안료 6~12중량%, 소포제 1~2중량%, 분산제 0.5~1중량%, 증점제 1~2중량%, 감수제 1~2중량%, 수화지연제 1~2중량%, 평활제 2~3중량%, 수축저감제 0.5~2중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 폴리머 시멘트 조성물.
- 아스팔트 콘크리트와 주입제, 표면처리재로 이루어지며,상기 주입제는 제1항의 칼라 폴리머 시멘트 조성물이고,상기 아스팔트 콘크리트는 아스팔트 바인더 3~7중량%, 입도 13mm~4메쉬의 조골재 65~80중량%, 입도 4~200메쉬의 세골재 10~25중량%, 입도 200~500메쉬의 채움재 3~10중량%로 이루어지며,상기 표면처리재는 입도 5~20메쉬인 규사, 제강슬래그, 실리카 중 선택된 어 느 하나로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 반강성 포장재.
- 아스팔트 콘크리트 포설단계, 칼라 폴리머 시멘트 조성물 주입단계, 표면처리재 처리단계, 양생 및 표면강화제 처리단계로 이루어지며,상기 아스팔트 콘크리트 포설단계에서는 제2항의 아스팔트 콘크리트를 도로에 포설하고 공극률 15~25%가 되도록 다짐하고,상기 칼라 폴리머 시멘트 조성물 주입단계에서는 초속경 시멘트 혼합물과 수용성 폴리머 혼합물을 제조하고 이들을 혼합하여 제1항의 칼라 폴리머 시멘트 조성물을 제조한 후 아스팔트 콘크리트의 공극에 주입하며,상기 표면처리재 처리단계에서는 입도 5~20메쉬인 규사, 제강슬래그, 실리카 중 선택된 어느 하나로 이루어진 표면처리재를 1.0~1.5kg/㎡의 양으로 칼라 폴리머 시멘트 조성물 상부 표면에 고르게 살포한 후 고무레이크나 로울러를 이용하여 압착함으로써 표면을 거칠게 처리하고,상기 양생 및 표면강화제 처리단계에서는 양생시간을 거친 후에 표면강화제를 도포하고 경화시킨 후 교통을 개방하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 반강성 포장재의 포장방법.
