Claims (9)
- 가수분해 가능한 규소 화합물과 가수분해 가능한 티탄 화합물을 배합하는 단계(a),수성 매질 중의 염기성 4급 암모늄 화합물을 단계(a)로부터의 혼합물에 가하고, 반응 혼합물을 0℃ 내지 100℃의 온도 범위에서 가수분해하여 합성 졸을 형성하는 단계(b),합성 졸을 150℃ 내지 190℃의 온도 범위로 가열하는 단계(c) 및합성 졸을 150℃ 내지 190℃의 온도에서 결정화하는 단계(d)를 포함하는, 티탄 함유 제올라이트의 제조방법으로서, 단계(c)에서 가온 시간(heating-up time)이 240분 미만임을 특징으로 하는, 티탄 함유 제올라이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가온 시간이 60 내지 180분임을 특징으로 하는, 티탄 함유 제올라이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가수분해 가능한 규소 화합물이 테트라알킬 오르토실리케이트이고, 가수분해 가능한 티탄 화합물이 테트라알킬 오르토티타네이트임을 특징으로 하는, 티탄 함유 제올라이트의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 단계(b) 이후 단계(c) 전에, 합성 졸을 120 내지 200분 동안 75℃ 내지 100℃의 온도로 가열하여 생성된 알콜을 증류 제거해서 가수분해 가능한 티탄 화합물과 가수분해 가능한 규소 화합물의 가수분해를 돕도록 함을 특징으로 하는, 티탄 함유 제올라이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 4급 암모늄 화합물이 테트라알킬 암모늄 하이드록사이드인, 티탄 함유 제올라이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 티탄 함유 제올라이트가 분리 제거, 건조 및 하소되는, 티탄 함유 제올라이트의 제조방법.
- 촉매로서 제6항에 따르는 방법으로 수득할 수 있는 티탄 함유 제올라이트의 존재하에 올레핀을 물과 혼화성인 용매 속에서 수성 과산화수소와 반응시키는, 올레핀의 에폭시화 방법.
- 과산화수소를 사용하여 올레핀을 에폭시화시키기 위한 촉매인, 제6항에 따르는 방법으로 수득할 수 있는 티탄 함유 제올라이트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 합성 졸에 물을 첨가함으로써, 증류에 의해 제거된 다량의 알콜이 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로 물로 대체되는, 티탄 함유 제올라이트의 제조방법.
