Claims (12)
- 데이터 신호에 따른 광학(光學) 상태로 되는 전기 광학 소자를 구비한 전기 광학 장치의 구동 회로로서,입력 단자와 출력 단자를 각각이 포함하는 제 1 단자 그룹 및 제 2 단자 그룹과,상기 제 1 단자 그룹의 입력 단자로의 입력 신호에 따른 제 1 기준 전류를 생성하는 제 1 전류 생성부와,상기 제 2 단자 그룹의 입력 단자로의 입력 신호에 따른 제 2 기준 전류를 생성하는 제 2 전류 생성부와,상기 제 1 기준 전류 및 상기 제 2 기준 전류에 따른 데이터 신호를 생성하는 데이터 신호 생성부와,적어도 상기 제 2 기준 전류에 따른 신호를 상기 제 1 단자 그룹의 출력 단자에 출력하는 제 1 출력부와,적어도 상기 제 1 기준 전류에 따른 신호를 상기 제 2 단자 그룹의 출력 단자에 출력하는 제 2 출력부를 구비하는 구동 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,반도체 칩에 집적된 구동 회로이며,상기 제 1 단자 그룹의 각 단자는 상기 데이터 신호 생성부에 대하여 한쪽 측에 배치되고, 상기 제 2 단자 그룹의 각 단자는 상기 데이터 신호 생성부에 대하여 다른쪽 측에 배치되는 구동 회로.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전류 생성부는, 상기 제 1 단자 그룹의 입력 단자로의 입력 신호에 따른 제 1 전류를 생성하는 트랜지스터와 상기 제 1 전류의 미러(mirror) 전류를 상기 제 1 기준 전류로서 생성하는 트랜지스터를 갖는 커런트(current) 미러 회로를 포함하고,상기 제 2 전류 생성부는, 상기 제 2 단자 그룹의 입력 단자로의 입력 신호에 따른 제 2 전류를 생성하는 트랜지스터와 상기 제 2 전류의 미러 전류를 상기 제 2 기준 전류로서 생성하는 트랜지스터를 갖는 커런트 미러 회로를 포함하는 구동 회로.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전류 생성부는 상기 제 1 기준 전류의 경로 상에 배치되어 게이트가 기준 전위선에 접속된 제 1 전압 생성 트랜지스터를 포함하고,상기 제 2 전류 생성부는 상기 제 2 기준 전류의 경로 상에 배치되어 게이트가 상기 기준 전위선에 접속된 제 2 전압 생성 트랜지스터를 포함하며,상기 데이터 신호 생성부는 상기 기준 전위선의 전위를 기준으로 하여 데이터 신호를 생성하는 구동 회로.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전류 생성부의 커런트 미러 회로를 구성하는 각 트랜지스터의 게이트와 상기 제 2 전류 생성부의 커런트 미러 회로를 구성하는 각 트랜지스터의 게이트는 서로 접속되는 구동 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 단자 그룹 및 상기 제 2 단자 그룹의 각각은 전류 신호가 입력되는 단자 및 전압 신호가 입력되는 단자 중 적어도 한쪽을 상기 입력 단자로서 포함하고, 상기 출력 단자는 전류 신호를 출력하는 단자인 구동 회로.
- 각각이 데이터선에 공급되는 데이터 신호에 따른 광학 상태로 되는 복수의 전기 광학 소자와,제 1 항에 기재된 복수의 구동 회로를 배열하여 이루어지는 데이터선 구동 회로와,상기 각 구동 회로에서의 제 1 단자 그룹의 출력 단자와 상기 구동 회로에 인접하는 다른 구동 회로에서의 제 2 단자 그룹의 입력 단자를 서로 접속하는 제 1 배선을 구비하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 각 구동 회로에서의 제 1 단자 그룹의 입력 단자와 상기 구동 회로에 인접하는 다른 구동 회로에서의 제 2 단자 그룹의 출력 단자를 서로 접속하는 제 2 배선을 구비하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 구동 회로는 각각이 반도체 칩에 집적되어 소정의 방향으로 배열되며,상기 각 반도체 칩에서는 상기 소정의 방향에 따른 한쪽 측에 상기 제 1 단자 그룹의 각 단자가 배치되고, 상기 소정의 방향에 따른 다른쪽 측에 상기 제 2 단자 그룹의 각 단자가 배치되는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,각 기준 전류의 기준으로 되는 전압 신호를 생성하는 기준 설정 수단을 구비하고,상기 복수의 구동 회로 중 적어도 1개의 구동 회로의 입력 단자에는 상기 기준 설정 수단이 생성한 전압 신호가 공급되는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,각 기준 전류의 기준으로 되는 전류 신호를 생성하는 기준 설정 수단을 구비하고,상기 복수의 구동 회로 중 적어도 1개의 구동 회로의 입력 단자에는 상기 기준 설정 수단이 생성한 전류 신호가 공급되는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 7 항에 기재된 전기 광학 장치를 구비하는 전자 기기.
