Claims (15)
- 상전이 물질을 심물질(core)로 하고, 젤라틴, 멜라민 수지, 음이온성 아크릴 수지, 카세인 중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 혼합물을 벽물질(sheeth)로 하며, 상기 벽물질 외면이 폴리비닐아세테이트로 코팅된 것임을 특징으로 하는 상전이 물질이 캡슐화된 잠열파우더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상전이 물질은 용융점이 15 ∼ 40 ℃ 범위이고, 열저장용량 200 ∼ 260 J/g 범위인 파라핀계 탄화수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 잠열파우더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 벽물질은 젤라틴, 멜라민 수지 및 음이온성 아크릴 수지 중에 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 부벽재용 소재와, 젤라틴, 멜라민 수지, 카제인 및 음이온성 아크릴 수지 중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 주벽재용 소재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잠열파우더.
- 1) 젤라틴, 멜라민 수지 및 음이온성 아크릴 수지 중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 부벽재용 소재의 수용액을 제조하는 단계;2) 상기 1) 단계의 수용액에 심물질용 상전이 물질을 첨가하여 혼합 교반하는 단계;3) 상기 2) 단계의 혼합물에 젤라틴, 멜라민 수지, 카제인 및 음이온성 아크릴 수지 중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 주벽재용 소재의 수용액을 혼합하고, 여기에 상기 부벽재 및 주벽재용 소재의 수용액과 심물질용 상전이물질의 합량과 동량의 정제수를 첨가한 후 9,000 ∼ 11,000 rpm을 유지하면서 10 ∼ 30 분 동안 교반하여 유화시키는 단계;4) 상기 3) 단계의 유화물을 45 ∼ 75 ℃ 범위에서 2,000 ∼ 3,000 rpm을 유지하면서 중합시키는 단계; 및,5) 상기 4) 단계의 중합이 종료된 후 전체 중합물 100 중량부에 대하여 폴리비닐아세테이트 고형분 1 ∼ 2 중량부를 첨가하고 2,000 ∼ 3,000 rpm을 유지하면서 온도를 40 ℃까지 냉각시킨 후 pH를 8.0 ∼ 8.5 범위로 조정하여 반응을 종료한 다음 건조하여 분말화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상전이 물질이 캡슐화된 잠열파우더의 제조방법.
