Description
Claims (11)
- 경화 후, 전기 전도성 및 용접가능한 부식 방지 코팅을 생성하는 금속 표면의 코팅을 위한 제제로서, 하기를 함유하는 제제:(a) 피크 금속 온도 "PMT" 130 내지 159 ℃ 에서 경화하는 10 내지 30 중량%의 유기 결합제;(b) 30 내지 60 중량%의 전기 전도성 물질의 분말;(c) 10 내지 40 중량%의 물; 및(d) 총량 50 중량% 이하의, 추가적인 활성 또는 보조 물질(양의 총합은 100 중량%임).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 추가적인 활성 또는 보조 물질 (d) 는 유기 용매, 중화제, 부식 방지 안료, 증점제, 소포제, 접착 촉진제 및 유동 제어제로부터 선택되는 제제.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 활성 또는 보조 물질 (d) 로서, 15 중량% 이하의 유기 용매를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전기 전도성 물질 (b) 로서, 분쇄된 아연, 알루미늄, 흑연, 카본 블랙, 몰리브덴 술파이드 및 철 포스파이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 전기 전도성 물질 (b)로서, 10 ㎛ 이하의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 분쇄된 철 포스파이드를 함유하는 제제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 결합제 (a) 가 폴리우레탄/아크릴레이트 공중합체 분산액, 폴리우레탄/폴리카르보네이트 분산액, 폴리우레탄/폴리에스테르 분산액 및 아크릴레이트 공중합체 분산액, 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 제제.
- 코일 코팅 방법으로 금속 스트립을 코팅하기 위한 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항의 제제의 사용 방법.
- 경화 후 1 내지 10 ㎛의 필름 두께가 수득되도록 하는 식으로, 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제제로 금속 표면을 코팅하고, 코팅된 금속 표면이 130 내지 159 ℃의 PMT로 가열되는, 전기 전도성 유기 부식 방지 필름을 이용한 금속 표면의 코팅 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 금속 표면이 강철, 도금 또는 합금-도금된 강철, 알루미늄화된 강철, 알루미늄 또는 마그네슘의 표면들로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 8 항의 방법에 의해 수득가능한 부식 방지 필름을 갖는 금속 물체.
- 제 9 항의 방법에 의해 수득가능한 부식 방지 필름을 갖는 금속 물체.
