Claims (17)
- a) 서열 2의 아미노산 서열을 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오티드 및b) a)의 폴리뉴클레오티드와 상보적인 폴리뉴클레오티드로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 폴리뉴클레오티드 서열을 포함하는, 코리네형 박테리아로부터 분리된 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코리네형 박테리아에서 복제가능한 재조합 DNA이고, 유전자 tkt, zwf, opcA 및 devB로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 유전자를 암호화하는 뉴클레오티드 서열을 추가로 포함하는 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 제1항에 있어서, RNA인 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 서열 3에 제시된 뉴클레오티드 서열을 포함하는 폴리뉴클레오티드.

- 제1항에 따른 폴리뉴클레오티드를 보유하는 벡터를 함유하는, 숙주 세포로서 작용하는 코리네형 박테리아.
- a) 제1항에 따른 폴리뉴클레오티드의 tal 유전자 및 임의로 하나 이상의 유전자 tkt, zwt, opcA 또는 devB가 동시에 과발현된, 목적하는 L-아미노산 생산-박테리아를 발효시키는 단계,b) 배지 또는 박테리아 세포내에서 목적하는 산물을 농축시키는 단계, 및c) 목적하는 L-아미노산을 분리하는 단계를 수행함을 특징으로 하여, L-아미노산을 생산하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 목적하는 L-아미노산의 생합성 경로 중의 다른 유전자가 추가로 과발현된 박테리아를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 목적하는 L-아미노산의 생성을 감소시키는 대사 경로가 일부 내지 전부 제거된 박테리아를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, L-리신, L-트레오닌, L-이소로이신 및 L-트립토판으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 아미노산을 생산하는 코리네형 박테리아를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,12.1 디하이드로디피콜리네이트 신타제를 암호화하는 dapA 유전자,12.2 피드백 내성 아스파르테이트 키나제를 암호화하는 lysC 유전자,12.3 글리세롤알데하이드 3-포스페이트 데하이드로게나제를 암호화하는 gap 유전자,12.4 피루베이트 카복실라제를 암호화하는 pyc 유전자,12.5 말레이트:퀴논 옥시도리덕타제를 암호화하는 mqo 유전자,12.6 트랜스케톨라제를 암호화하는 tkt 유전자,12.7 6-포스포글루코네이트 데하이드로게나제를 암호화하는 gnd 유전자,12.8 글루코즈 6-포스페이트 데하이드로게나제를 암호화하는 zwf 유전자,12.9 리신 이송체를 암호화하는 lysE 유전자,12.10 zwa1 유전자,12.11 에놀라제를 암호화하는 eno 유전자, 및12.12 opcA 유전자로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 유전자를, 코리네형 미생물내에서 동시에 과발현시킴을 특징으로 하여, L-리신을 발효적으로 생산하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,13.1 호모세린 데하이드로게나제를 암호화하는 hom 유전자 또는 "피드백 내성" 호모세린 데하이드로게나제를 암호화하는 homdr 대립유전자,13.2 글리세롤알데하이드 3-포스페이트 데하이드로게나제를 암호화하는 gap 유전자,13.3 피루베이트 카복실라제를 암호화하는 pyc 유전자,13.4 말레이트:퀴논 옥시도리덕타제를 암호화하는 mqo 유전자,13.5 트랜스케톨라제를 암호화하는 tkt 유전자,13.6 6-포스포글루코네이트 데하이드로게나제를 암호화하는 gnd 유전자,13.7 글루코즈 6-포스페이트 데하이드로게나제를 암호화하는 zwf 유전자,13.8 트레오닌 이송체를 암호화하는 thrE 유전자,13.9 zwa1 유전자,13.10 에놀라제를 암호화하는 eno 유전자, 및13.11 opcA 유전자로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 유전자를, 코리네형 미생물내에서 동시에 과발현시킴을 특징으로 하여, L-트레오닌을 발효적으로 생산하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,14.1 포스포에놀 피루베이트 카복시키나제를 암호화하는 pck 유전자,14.2 글루코즈 6-포스페이트 이소머라제를 암호화하는 pgi 유전자,14.3 피루베이트 옥시다제를 암호화하는 poxB 유전자, 및14.4 zwa2 유전자로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 유전자가 동시에 감쇠된 박테리아를 발효시킴으로 특징으로 하여, L-아미노산을 생산하는 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 폴리뉴클레오티드 서열의 15개 이상의 연속 뉴클레오티드를 포함하는, tal 유전자 산물을 암호화하는 cDNA를 분리하기 위한 하이브리드화 프로브.
- 제1항에 따른 폴리뉴클레오티드 서열의 15개 이상의 연속 뉴클레오티드를 포함하는, tal 유전자의 서열과 고도로 유사한 cDNA 또는 유전자를 분리하기 위한 하이브리드화 프로브.
