Claims (14)
- 원소 주기율표 8족 전이 원소를 하나 이상 포함하는 고정 상 촉매상에서 탄소수 4 내지 16의 올레핀을 하이드로포밀화하여 직접 수득한 반응 혼합물을 균질 액상 속에서 연속적으로 수소화시키는 방법으로서,반응기의 균질 액상이, 수소화 부산물을 수소화시키고 균질 액상이 반응기에서 수소화와 가수분해를 거쳐도 그대로 균질 액상을 유지하도록 제공된 물을 함유하며,반응기로부터 배출되는 균질 액상이 물 0.05 내지 10중량%를 함유하며, 당해 방법을 정상 상태로 수행하는 경우, 수소화에 의해 소모되는 양보다 3 내지 50% 더 많은 수소가 공급됨을 특징으로 하는, 수소화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응기로부터 배출되는 균질 액상이 물 0.5 내지 8중량%를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 수소화 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응기로부터 배출되는 균질 액상이 물 1 내지 5중량%를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 수소화 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 5 내지 100bar에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는, 수소화 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 120 내지 220℃의 온도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는, 수소화 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 구리, 크롬 및 니켈로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 2개의 금속을 포함하는 촉매가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는, 수소화 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 구리, 크롬 및 니켈을 포함하는 촉매가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는, 수소화 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 고정 상 촉매가 구리 0.3 내지 15중량%, 니켈 0.3 내지 15중량%, 크롬 0.05 내지 3.5중량% 및 알칼리 금속 0 내지 1.6중량%를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 수소화 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 고정 상 촉매가 지지체 물질로서 이산화규소 및/또는 산화알루미늄을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 수소화 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응물에 대한 공급물 중의 알데히드 농도가 1 내지 35%임을 특징으로 하는, 수소화 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응물에 대한 공급물 중의 알데히드 농도가 5 내지 20%임을 특징으로 하는, 수소화 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, C8-올레핀 또는 C8-올레핀 혼합물로부터 제조되는 하이드로포밀화 혼합물이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는, 수소화 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, C12-올레핀 또는 C12-올레핀 혼합물로부터 제조되는 하이드로포밀화 혼합물이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는, 수소화 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 5 내지 40bar에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는, 수소화 방법.
