Claims (9)
- 질량%로, C: 0 내지 0.011%, Si: 0.5 내지 1.0%, Mn: 1.8 초과 2.5% 이하, Cu: 0.1 내지 1.0%, Mo: 0.10 내지 0.50%, Ti: 0.1 내지 0.3%, B: 0.0010 내지 0.0050%, N: 0.0040 내지 0.0150%를 포함하고, 또한 하기 화학식 1의 PMP가 10% 이상이고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는, 대입열 특성 및 내저온균열성이 우수한 가스 실드 아크 용접용 솔리드 와이어:화학식 1PMP= 4[Mn]+([Cu]+[Ni]+[Cr])+ 6000([Mo]+[V]+[Nb]+[Zr]+[Ta]+[Hf]+[W])*[B]상기 식에서,[원소명]은 해당 원소의 함유 질량%를 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Fe의 일부 대신에, Cr, Ni의 l 종 또는 2종을 합계로 0.1 내지 2.0% 포함하는 가스 실드 아크 용접용 솔리드 와이어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Fe의 일부 대신에, V, Nb, Zr, Ta, Hf, W의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 합계로 0.001 내지 0.1% 포함하는 가스 실드 아크 용접용 솔리드 와이어.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,Fe의 일부 대신에, V, Nb, Zr, Ta, Hf, W의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 합계로 0.001 내지 0.1% 포함하는 가스 실드 아크 용접용 솔리드 와이어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Fe의 일부 대신에, Al을 0.001 내지 0.1% 포함하는 가스 실드 아크 용접용 솔리드 와이어.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,Fe의 일부 대신에, Al을 0.001 내지 0.l% 포함하는 가스 실드 아크 용접용 솔리드 와이어.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,Fe의 일부 대신에, Al을 0.001 내지 0.1% 포함하는 가스 실드 아크 용접용 솔리드 와이어.
