Claims (12)
- 개구부를 갖는 제 1 층과,상기 제 1 층 위에 위치하는 제 2 층과,반사부와,투과부와,상기 개구부에 위치하는 동시에 상기 반사부와 상기 투과부를 덮는 필터층을 구비한 컬러 필터 기판으로서,상기 제 1 층은 블랙 매트릭스이고,상기 투과부는 상기 반사부의 개구부인 동시에 타원 형상을 갖고 있으며,상기 필터층의 일부가 상기 제 1 층의 형성면에 접하도록 상기 개구부 내에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 필터 기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사부의 표면은 광산란면(光散亂面)인 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 필터 기판.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,광투과성을 갖는 기판과,상기 기판 위에 위치하는 동시에, 요철면(凹凸面)을 갖는 수지층을 더 구비하고,상기 반사부의 상기 표면이 상기 광산란면으로 되도록 상기 반사부가 상기 요철면에 접하여 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 필터 기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 필터층의 원료인 액상(液狀)의 컬러 필터 재료에 대한 상기 제 2 층의 발액성(撥液性)은 상기 액상의 컬러 필터 재료에 대한 상기 제 1 층의 발액성보다도 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 필터 기판.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 층은 상기 액상의 컬러 필터 재료에 대하여 친액성(親液性)을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 필터 기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 층은 상기 제 1 층을 패터닝하기 위한 레지스트인 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 필터 기판.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 레지스트는 불소계 폴리머를 함유하는 레지스트인 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 필터 기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사층 위에 위치하는 오버코팅층을 더 구비하고,상기 필터층은 상기 오버코팅층과 상기 투과부를 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 필터 기판.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 컬러 필터 기판을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 광선(光線)을 발생하는 광원부(光源部)와,액정층과,상기 광원부와 상기 액정층 사이에 위치하는 컬러 필터 기판을 구비한 액정 표시 장치로서,상기 컬러 필터 기판은,개구부를 갖는 제 1 층과,상기 제 1 층 위에 위치하는 제 2 층과,반사부와,투과부와,상기 개구부에 위치하는 동시에 상기 반사부와 상기 투과부를 덮는 필터층을 포함하고,상기 제 1 층은 블랙 매트릭스이고,상기 투과부는 상기 반사부의 개구부인 동시에 타원 형상을 갖고 있으며,상기 필터층의 일부가 상기 제 1 층의 형성면에 접하도록 상기 개구부 내에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 9 항에 기재된 표시 장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
- 제 10 항에 기재된 액정 표시 장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
