Description
Claims (6)
- 기판과;상기 기판 상에 게이트전극을 포함하고 가로방향으로 연장된 다수 개의 게이트배선과;상기 게이트전극에 근접하여, 상기 게이트배선과 수직하게 교차하는 가상선에 평행한 방향으로 형성되고 상기 게이트배선 사이에 위치한 보조 데이터배선과;상기 보조 데이터배선 상부에 형성되고, 상기 보조데이터배선의 양 끝단 상에 제 1 콘택홀 및 제 2 콘택홀이 형성된 제 1 절연층과;상기 절연층 상에 형성되고, 상기 보조데이터배선과 평면적으로 겹쳐진 수직연장부와 상기 수직연장부에서 상기 게이트전극 상부로 돌출연장된 수평연장부로 구성되고, 상기 제 1 콘택홀과 상기 제 2 콘택홀에 각각 일치하여 형성된 제 3 콘택홀과 제 4 콘택홀을 포함한 액티브라인과;상기 액티브라인과 평면적으로 겹쳐지고, 상기 제 1 및 제 3 콘택홀과 상기 제 2 및 제 4 콘택홀을 통해 상기 보조 데이터배선과 연결되는 데이터배선과, 상기 데이터배선에서 상기 게이트전극의 상부로 돌출 형성된 소스전극과, 상기 소스전극과 이격된 드레인전극과;상기 드레인전극과 접촉하는 투명한 화소전극을 포함하고,상기 데이터 배선은 상기 제 3 및 제 4 콘택홀 사이에서 연결된 상태인 액정표시장치용 어레이기판.
- 기판을 준비하는 단계와;상기 기판 상에 게이트전극을 포함하고 가로방향으로 연장된 다수 개의 게이트배선과, 상기 게이트전극에 근접하여 상기 게이트배선과 수직하게 교차하는 가상선에 평행한 방향으로 형성되고 상기 게이트배선 사이에 위치하도록 보조 데이터배선을 형성하는 단계와;상기 보조 데이터배선과 상기 게이트배선이 형성된 상기 기판의 전면에 절연층과 반도체층을 적층하는 단계와;상기 반도체층과 상기 제 1 절연층을 패터닝하여, 상기 보조 데이터배선 양끝단을 노출시키는 제 1 콘택홀 및 제 2 콘택홀을 형성하고, 동시에 상기 보조 데이터배선과 평면적으로 겹쳐지는 수직 연장부와 상기 수직연장부에서 상기 게이트전극 상부로 돌출 연장된 수평 연장부를 포함하는 액티브라인을 형성하는 단계와;상기 액티브라인과 평면적으로 겹쳐지고, 상기 액티브라인에 구성된 상기 제 1 콘택홀과 상기 제 2 콘택홀을 통해 상기 보조 데이터배선과 연결되는 데이터배선과, 상기 데이터배선에서 상기 게이트전극의 상부로 돌출 형성된 소스전극과, 상기 소스전극과 이격된 드레인전극을 형성하는 단계와;상기 드레인전극과 접촉하는 투명한 화소전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 데이터 배선은 상기 제 1 및 제 2 콘택홀 사이에서 연결된 상태인 액정표시장치용 어레이기판 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 게이트전극은 알루미늄, 크롬, 몰리브덴, 텅스텐 등이 속하는 도전성 금속그룹에서 선택된 하나인 액정표시장치용 어레이기판 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 보조 데이터배선의 상부에 형성되는 상기 제 1 콘택홀 및 상기 제 2 콘택홀이 다수 개인 액정표시장치용 어레이기판 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 게이트전극은 알루미늄, 크롬, 몰리브덴, 텅스텐 등이 속하는 도전성 금속그룹에서 선택된 하나인 액정표시장치용 어레이기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보조 데이터배선의 상부에 형성되는 상기 제 1 콘택홀 및 상기 제 2 콘택홀이 다수 개인 액정표시장치용 어레이기판.
