Claims (5)
- 화소영역과, 상기 화소영역의 한쪽 구석에 스위칭 영역이 정의된 기판과;상기 기판 상에 형성되고, 상기 화소영역을 경계로 일 방향으로 형성되고, 게이트 전극을 포함하는 게이트 배선 및 상기 게이트 배선과 간격을 두고 평행하게 연장되는 리페어 배선과;상기 기판 상에 형성되고, 상기 게이트 배선과 절연층을 사이에 두고 교차하는 데이터 배선과;상기 리페어 배선 및 상기 게이트 배선과 동시에 접촉하며, 상기 데이터 배선과 이격되고, 상기 데이터 배선과 평행한 보조배선과;상기 스위칭 영역에 형성되고, 상기 게이트 전극과 상기 데이터 배선에서 신호를 인가받는 박막 트랜지스터와;상기 화소영역에 형성되고, 상기 박막 트랜지스터에서 신호를 인가받는 화소전극;을 포함하는 박막 트랜지스터 어레이 기판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 보조배선은 상기 게이트 전극의 끝단에서 연장되는 박막 트랜지스터 어레이 기판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 리페어 배선과, 상기 보조배선과, 상기 게이트 배선은 동일금속으로 일체화된 박막 트랜지스터 어레이 기판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 절연층은 화학 기상 증착법(CVD)에 의해 형성되는 무기절연막인 박막 트랜지스터 어레이 기판.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 절연층은 실리콘 질화막(SiNx), 실리콘 산화막(SiO2)으로 구성된 집단에서 선택된 물질인 박막 트랜지스터 어레이 기판.
