Claims (15)
- 코어/쉘 구조의 고분자 라텍스 입자를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,안료 및 계면 활성제를 혼합하고 이를 탈이온수에 분산시켜 안료 분산액을 제조하는 단계;상기 고분자 라텍스 입자의 코어를 구성할 코어용 모노머와 왁스를 포함하는 유기상을 가열하고 혼합하여 왁스 및 모노머 혼합액을 제조하는 단계;상기 안료 분산액과 상기 왁스 및 모노머 혼합액을 혼합하고, 이 혼합액에 아조계 중합 개시제 또는 아조계 중합 개시제를 포함하는 혼합 중합 개시제를 첨가하여 유화 중합 반응을 시켜서 왁스 및 안료를 포함하는 코어용 고분자 입자를 형성하는 단계;쉘용 모노머와 상기 코어용 고분자 입자를 혼합하고, 이 혼합액에 중합 개시제를 첨가하여 유화 중합 반응을 시켜서 상기 코어용 고분자 입자에 쉘층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하고,상기 코어/쉘 구조의 고분자 라텍스 입자는 100nm 내지 600nm의 부피 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 코어/쉘 구조의 고분자 라텍스 입자의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 아조계 중합 개시제는 아조 아미딘 화합물, 아조 아미드 화합물, 아조 알킬 화합물, 아조 에스테르 화합물, 및 아조 니트릴 화합물로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코어/쉘 구조의 고분자 라텍스 입자의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 아조계 중합 개시제를 포함하는 혼합 중합 개시제는 아조계 중합 개시제와 퍼설페이트계 중합 개시제와의 혼합 중합 개시제 및 아조계 중합 개시제와 페록사이드계 중합 개시제와의 혼합 중합 개시제로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코어/쉘 구조의 고분자 라텍스 입자의 제조 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 아조계 중합 개시제와 상기 퍼설페이트계 중합 개시제와의 혼합비율은 1:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 코어/쉘 구조의 고분자 라텍스 입자의 제조 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 아조계 중합 개시제와 상기 페록사이드계 중합 개시제와의 혼합비율은 1:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 코어/쉘 구조의 고분자 라텍스 입자의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 코어용 고분자 입자를 형성하는 단계에서 중합 반응은 2시간 내지 10시간 동안 50℃ 내지 80℃범위 이내에서 반응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코어/쉘 구조의 고분자 라텍스 입자의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 코어용 고분자 입자의 크기는 100㎚ 내지 500㎚의 범위 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 코어/쉘 구조의 고분자 라텍스 입자의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 쉘층을 형성하는 단계에서 중합 반응은 5시간 내지 20시간 동안 50℃ 내지 80℃ 범위 이내에서 반응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코어/쉘 구조의 고분자 라텍스 입자의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 코어용 모노머는 스티렌계 모노머, 아크릴레이트계 모노머, 메타크릴레이트계 모노머, 아크릴산, 이타코닉산, 메타크릴산, 말레산, 푸마르산, 비닐계 모노머, 아크릴로니트릴, 부타디엔, 및 이소프렌으로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되는 모노머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코어/쉘 구조의 고분자 라텍스 입자의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 쉘용 모노머는 스티렌계 모노머, 아크릴레이트계 모노머, 메타크릴레이트계 모노머, 아크릴산, 이타코닉산, 소메타크릴산, 말레산, 푸마르산, 비닐계 모노머, 아크릴로니트릴, 부타디엔, 및 이소프렌으로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되는 모노머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코어/쉘 구조의 고분자 라텍스 입자의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 안료는 아조계 안료, 프탈로시아닌계 안료, 염기성 염료계 안료, 퀴나크리돈계 안료, 디옥사신계 안료, 축합 아조계 안료, 카본 블랙, 크롬산염, 페로시안화물, 산화물, 황화물 셀렌화물, 황산염, 규산염, 탄산염, 인산염 및 금속분말로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되는 안료를 적어도 하나 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코어/쉘 구조의 고분자 라텍스 입자의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 왁스는 카나우바 왁스, 베이베리 왁스, 비즈왁스, 쉘락 왁스, 슈페르마세티왁스, 몬탄 왁스, 오조케라이트 왁스, 세레신 왁스, 파라핀 왁스, 마이크로 크리스탈린 왁스, 피셔-트롭쉐 왁스, 폴리에틸렌 왁스, 폴리프로필렌 왁스, 아크릴레이트 왁스, 지방산 아미드 왁스, 실리콘 왁스 및 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 왁스로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되는 왁스를 적어도 하나 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코어/쉘 구조의 고분자 라텍스 입자의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 코어/쉘 구조의 고분자 라텍스 입자는 Tg가 40℃ 내지 100℃의 범위 이내이고, 녹는점이 50℃ 내지 150℃의 범위 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 코어/쉘 구조의 고분자 라텍스 입자의 제조 방법.
