Description
Claims (19)
- (a) 발린을 비스-트리클로로메틸 카보네이트와 축합시켜 하기 화학식 2의 화합물을 수득하는 단계;(b) 수득된 하기 화학식 2의 화합물을 하기 화학식 1의 화합물과 반응시켜 하기 화학식 3의 화합물을 수득하는 단계;(c) 수득된 하기 화학식 3의 화합물을 비스-트리클로로메틸 카보네이트 및 하기 화학식 4의 화합물과 반응시켜 하기 화학식 5의 화합물을 수득하는 단계;(d) 수득된 하기 화학식 5의 화합물에서 1급 아민 기를 탈보호시켜 하기 화학식 6의 화합물을 수득하는 단계; 및(e) 수득된 하기 화학식 6의 화합물을 하기 화학식 7의 화합물과 반응시켜 하기 화학식 I의 리토나비르를 수득하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 하기 화학식 I의 리토나비르의 합성 방법:화학식 I화학식 1화학식 2화학식 3화학식 4화학식 5화학식 6화학식 7상기 식들에서,Ph는 페닐을 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,단계 (a)를 디옥산, 테트라하이드로푸란, CH2Cl2 및 CHCl3과 같은 비양성자성 유기 용매중에서 20℃ 내지 용매의 환류 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,유기 용매로서 디옥산을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,단계 (b)를 -30℃ 내지 0℃의 온도에서 CH2Cl2, CHCl3 및 C2H2Cl4로 구성된 군에서 선택된 비극성 유기 용매중에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,단계 (b)를 3급 아민의 존재하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,단계 (c)를 -20℃ 내지 +10℃의 온도에서 CH2Cl2, CHCl3 및 C2H2Cl4로 구성된 군에서 선택된 비극성 유기 용매중에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,단계 (c)를 3급 아민의 존재하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계 (d)를 촉매적 수소화 반응에 의해 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,촉매로서 팔라듐을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,촉매적 수소화 반응을 +70℃ 내지 +90℃의 온도 및 3.5 내지 5bar의 압력에서 아세트산중에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계 (e)를 +40℃ 내지 +80℃의 온도에서 비양성자성 극성 유기 용매로서 에틸 아세테이트중에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 16 항에 따른 화합물을 중간체로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 리토나비르의 합성 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,3급 아민이 트리에틸아민인 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,3급 아민이 트리에틸아민인 방법.
