- 제 1 전극과,상기 제 1 전극에 대향하는 제 2 전극과,상기 제 1 전극과 상기 제 2 전극 사이에 형성된 홀 수송층과,상기 홀 수송층과 상기 제 2 전극 사이에 형성된 발광층을 갖고,상기 홀 수송층이 홀 수송재료와 발광재료를 포함하고, 상기 홀 수송층에서의 상기 홀 수송재료의 비율이 80%이상이고,상기 발광층이 상기 홀 수송재료와 상기 발광재료를 포함하고, 상기 발광층에서의 상기 발광재료의 비율이 80%이상이고,상기 제 1 전극이 ITO를 포함하고, 상기 홀 수송재료가 아민 골격을 갖는 고분자 재료를 포함하고, 상기 발광 재료가 플루오렌계 고분자 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 홀 수송층과 상기 발광층이 상분리 계면에서 분리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로루미네선스 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 발광층과 상기 제 2 전극 사이에 형성된 전자 주입층을 갖고, 상기 전자 주입층이 전자 주입 재료와 상기 발광 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 홀 수송층과 상기 발광층을 둘러싸는 격벽을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치.

- ITO를 포함하는 제 1 전극 위에, 아민 골격을 갖는 고분자 재료를 포함하는 홀 수송재료와, 플루오렌계 고분자 재료를 포함하는 발광 재료를 용매에 용해시킨 발광 기능부 형성 재료를 도포하는 제 1 공정과,상기 용매를 제거함으로써 상기 제 1 전극 위에 홀 수송층을 상기 홀 수송층 위에 상분리계면을 통해서 발광층을 각각 형성하는 제 2 공정을 구비하고,상기 홀 수송층이 상기 홀 수송재료와 상기 발광 재료를 포함하고, 상기 홀 수송층에서의 상기 홀 수송재료의 비율이 80%이상이고, 상기 발광층이 상기 홀 수송재료와 상기 발광 재료를 포함하고, 상기 발광층에서의 상기 발광 재료의 비율이 80%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치의 제조 방법.
