Claims (21)
- 양극과 음극 사이에, 발광 층, 전자 주입 및 수송 층, 정공 주입 및 수송 층을 포함하는 발광 기능부를 갖는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치로서,상기 양극 상에 개구부를 갖는 뱅크 층을 가지며,상기 양극에 산화 티탄 미립자 박막이 접촉하고 있고,적어도 상기 산화 티탄 미립자 박막이 접촉하고 있는 상기 뱅크 층의 벽면은 친액성인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치.
- 양극과 음극 사이에, 발광 층, 전자 주입 및 수송 층, 정공 주입 및 수송 층을 포함하는 발광 기능부를 갖는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치로서,상기 음극 상에 개구부를 갖는 뱅크 층을 가지며,상기 음극에 산화 티탄 미립자 박막이 접촉하고 있고,적어도 상기 산화 티탄 미립자 박막이 접촉하고 있는 상기 뱅크 층의 벽면은 친액성인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치.

- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 양극과 음극 모두에 상기 산화 티탄 미립자 박막이 접촉하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 뱅크 층은 제 1 뱅크 층과 상기 제 1 뱅크 층 상에 형성된 제 2 뱅크 층을 가지며,상기 제 1 뱅크 층의 표면과 상기 제 2 뱅크 층의 측면이 친액성인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 산화 티탄 미립자 박막이 상기 제 1 뱅크 층의 상면(上面)에 접촉하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 산화 티탄 미립자 박막이 산화 티탄 미립자 분산액을 스핀 코팅법, 딥핑법 또는 액정 토출법을 사용하여 박막화하고 이어서 자연 건조함으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 음극의 재료에 Ca가 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 산화 티탄 미립자 박막의 막 두께가 10 nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치.
- 기판 상에 형성된 회로부 및 화소 전극을 갖는 기체 상에, 상기 화소 전극 상에 개구부를 갖는 뱅크 층을 형성하는 제 1 공정과,적어도 상기 화소 전극에 가까운 상기 뱅크 층의 벽면을 플라즈마 처리하여서 친액성으로 하는 제 2 공정과,상기 화소 전극과 접촉하도록 산화 티탄 미립자 막을 형성하는 제 3 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,적어도 상기 산화 티탄 미립자 막과 접촉하는 뱅크 층의 벽멱은 친액성이 되도록 상기 뱅크 층을 플라즈라 처리하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 공정에서의 상기 뱅크 층의 형성 공정은 제 1 뱅크 층을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 제 1 뱅크 층 상에 제 2 뱅크 층을 형성하는 공정을 포함하며,상기 제 1 뱅크 층의 표면과 상기 제 2 뱅크 층의 측면이 친액성이 되도록 플라즈마 처리하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,상기 제 3 공정에서는, 상기 산화 티탄 미립자 막이 상기 제 1 뱅크 층의 상면에 접촉하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치의 제조 방법.
