- 양방향으로 복수의 제1 돌출부와 제2 돌출부가 형성되는 참빗형상의 고정자와;일단부가 다이어프램에 결합되는 제1 부재 및 제2 부재를 포함하되, 상기 제1 부재에는 상기 제1 돌출부에 대향하여 상기 제1 돌출부에 접촉하지 않고 치합하는 복수의 제3 돌출부가 형성되고, 상기 제2 부재에는 상기 제2 돌출부에 대향하여 상기 제2 돌출부에 접촉하지 않고 치합하는 복수의 제4 돌출부가 형성되는 이동자 를 포함하는 정전구동기를 구비한 잉크젯 헤드.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 이동자는 상기 제1 부재와 상기 제2 부재의 양단부가 각각 서로 결합되어 상기 고정자를 내부에 수용하는 폐구획을 형성하는 정전구동기를 구비한 잉크젯 헤드.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 폐구획은 육각형 또는 타원 형상인 정전구동기를 구비한 잉크젯 헤드.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 돌출부와 상기 제1 부재 간의 최단거리 또는 상기 제2 돌출부와 상기 제2 부재 간의 최단거리는 상기 제1 돌출부와 상기 제3 돌출부 간의 간격 또는 상기 제2 돌출부와 상기 제4 돌출부 간의 간격의 크기보다 큰 정전구동기를 구비한 잉크젯 헤드.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 돌출부 내지 상기 제4 돌출부 중 어느 하나 이상의 돌출방향으로의 단면의 형상은 직사각형인 정전구동기를 구비한 잉크젯 헤드.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 돌출부 내지 상기 제4 돌출부 중 어느 둘 이상은 동일한 형태로 형성되는 정전구동기를 구비한 잉크젯 헤드.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 고정자 또는 상기 이동자는 단결정 실리콘을 포함하는 정전구동기를 구비한 잉크젯 헤드.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 고정자 또는 상기 이동자는 MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical System) 공정에 의해 제조되는 정전구동기를 구비한 잉크젯 헤드.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 정전구동기를 수용하는 프레임과;상기 프레임에 수용되며, 하나 이상의 면에 다이어프램을 포함하는 잉크챔버와;상기 잉크챔버의 일측에 형성되는 잉크노즐과;상기 잉크챔버에 결합되는 잉크 주입구를 더 포함하되,상기 정전구동기의 일단부는 상기 다이어프램에 결합되는 정전구동기를 구비한 잉크젯 헤드.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 잉크챔버는 다각형의 단면을 가지고, 상기 다각형의 각 변에는 다이어프램이 선택적으로 포함되어 있으며, 상기 각각의 다이어프램에는 상기 정전구동기가 결합되는 정전구동기를 구비한 잉크젯 헤드.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 다이어프램에는 복수의 정전구동기가 결합되는 정전구동기를 구비한 잉크젯 헤드.
- 제11항의 정전구동기를 구비한 잉크젯 헤드를 포함하는 잉크 카트리지.
- 제14항의 잉크 카트리지와;상기 고정자 또는 상기 이동자에 전원을 인가하는 구동회로를 포함하는 정전구동기를 구비한 잉크젯 프린터.
- 가공된 SOI 기판 위에 가공된 유리기판을 결합한 후, 그 위에 배선으로 사용할 메탈 패턴을 형성하여 고정자와 이동자를 포함하는 정전구동기를 구비한 잉크젯 헤드를 제조하되,상기 가공된 SOI 기판은,(a-1) 산화막층을 포함하는 있는 SOI(Silicon on Insulator) 기판 위에 PR 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;(a-2) 상기 PR 코팅층에 상기 정전구동기의 패턴을 형성(PR patterning)하는 단계;(a-3) 상기 단계 (a-2)에서 형성된 패턴에 따라 상기 SOI 기판의 실리콘 층을 상기 산화막층이 시작되는 부분까지 식각하는 단계; 및(a-4) dilute HF 용액을 이용하여 상기 산화막층 중 상기 이동자가 형성되는 부분의 산화막층을 습식 식각하는(wet etching) 단계를 포함하는 SOI 기판 가공방법에 형성되고,상기 가공된 유리기판은,(b-1) 유리기판의 상면에 DFR(Dry Film Resistor)을 열압착하여 부착하는 단계;(b-2) 상기 유리기판의 하면 중 상기 이동자에 대응되는 부분에 공동(cavity)을 건식 식각하는 단계; 및(b-3) 상기 유리기판 중 상기 고정자에 대응하는 부분을 천공하는 단계를 포함하는 유리기판 가공방법에 의해 형성되는 정전구동기를 구비한 잉크젯 헤드 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 가공된 SOI 기판과 상기 가공된 유리기판의 결합은 양극접합(anodic bonding)에 의해 이루어지는 정전구동기를 구비한 잉크젯 헤드 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 단계 (a-3)은 ICP 건식 식각방법(dry etching)에 의해 이루어지는 정전 구동기를 구비한 잉크젯 헤드 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 단계 (b-2)의 식각 또는 상기 단계 (b-3)의 천공은 분사법(sandblaster)에 의해 이루어지는 정전구동기를 구비한 잉크젯 헤드 제조방법.
