Claims (15)
- 분말 혼합물의 총량을 기준으로 하여 60 내지 92 중량 %의 Al계 분말, 6.4 내지 15 중량 %의 Mo 또는 W로 이루어진 제1 그룹 및 1.6 내지 25 중량 %의 Cu, Sn, Zn, Li 또는 Mg로 이루어진 제2 그룹의 금속 또는 그 합금을 함유하며, 상기 Al계 분말은 밸런스로서 Al과 Al계 분말의 총량을 기준으로 한 중량 백분율로 다음의 금속, 0.2 내지 30 중량 %의 Mg, 0.2 내지 40 중량 %의 Si, 0.2 내지 15 중량 %의 Cu, 0.2 내지 15 중량 %의 Zn, 0.2 내지 15 중량 %의 Ti, 0.2 내지 10 중량 %의 Sn, 0.5 내지 5 중량 %의 Mn, 0.2 내지 10 중량 %의 Ni, 1 중량 % 미만의 As, Sb, Co, Be, Pb 또는 B 중의 하나 이상을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 부품을 제조하기 위한 소결성 분말 혼합물.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 분말 혼합물 중에서의 제2 그룹의 금속 또는 그 합금의 양에 대한 제1 그룹의 금속 또는 그 합금의 양의 비는 중량 분율로 1:4 내지 9:1의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결성 분말 혼합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, Al계 분말은 Al계 분말의 총량을 기준으로 하여 Al 이외에도 0.2 내지 15 중량 %의 Mg, 0.2 내지 16 중량 %의 Si, 0.2 내지 10 중량 %의 Cu 또는 0.2 내지 15 중량 %의 Zn을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결성 분말 혼합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제2 그룹의 금속 또는 그 합금은 Cu, Zn 또는 Sn을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결성 분말 혼합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 분말 혼합물은 분말 혼합물의 총량을 기준으로 하여 0.2 내지 5 중량 %의 윤활제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결성 분말 혼합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 소결성 분말로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 부품.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 소결 부품은 DIN EN 10002-1에 따라 측정된 140 N/㎟ 이상의 인장 강도를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 부품.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 소결 부품은 DIN EN 10002-1에 따라 측정된 70 kN/㎟ 이상의 탄성 계수를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 부품.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 소결 부품은 DIN EN 24498-1에 따라 측정된 100 이상의 경도(HB 2.5/62.5 ㎏)를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 부품.
- - 제1 몰드에 분말 혼합물을 넣는 제1 단계;- 분말 혼합물을 성형체로 가압 성형하는 제2 단계;- 성형체를 적어도 부분적으로 재압축하는 제3 단계; 및- 재압축된 성형체를 소결하는 제4 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 분말 혼합물로 소결 부품 및 복합 부품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 제3 단계 전에 성형체를 탈왁스 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 부품 및 복합 부품 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 제3 단계에서 행하는 재압축에 의해 얻어지는 성형체의 밀도를 재압축 전의 밀도보다 2 내지 40 % 정도 크게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 부품 및 복합 부품 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 제3 단계에서 성형체를 제2 몰드에 넣기 전에, 감마제를 제2 몰드에 분무하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 부품 및 복합 부품 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 소결 공정은 - 40 ℃ 미만의 이슬점을 갖는 질소 하에서 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 부품 및 복합 부품 제조 방법.
