Claims (13)
- (a) 하기 화학식 (II)의 화합물을 트리에틸아민, 트리(n-부틸)아민, 디이소프로필에틸아민, 피리딘, 4-디메틸아미노피리딘, 4-(4-메틸-피페리딘-1-일)-피리딘 및 소듐 아세테이트로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 염기의 존재하에 알콕시아민 또는 할로알콕시아민, 또는 그들의 염과 반응시켜 하기 화학식 (III)의 화합물을 제조하고, (b) 화학식 (III)의 화합물에 메탄설폰산, 및 수소화 촉매로서 지지체에 담지되거나 또는 지지체에 담지되지 않은 금속 촉매를 첨가하여 수소화 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 화학식 (I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법:상기 식에서R은 C1-C4-알킬 또는 할로게노-C1-C4-알킬을 나타내고,P는 포르밀, 아세틸, 트리플루오로아세틸, 벤조일, 파라톨루엔술폰일, 메톡시카보닐, 에톡시카보닐, t-부톡시카보닐, 벤질옥시카보닐, 파라메톡시벤질, 트리 틸, 테트라하이드로피라닐 및 피발로일로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 보호기를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 메틸인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, P가 t-부톡시카보닐(BOC)인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (a)에서 염기를 화학식 (II)의 화합물에 대해 0.01 내지 10 당량의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (b)의 반응을 메탄올, 에탄올, n-프로판올, 이소프로판올, 테트라히드로퓨란, 디메톡시에탄, 디옥산, 에틸 아세테이트 및 디클로로메탄으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 유기 용매 또는 이 유기 용매와 물의 혼합 용매 중에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 용매가 유기 용매와 물의 혼합 용매인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (b)에서 메탄설폰산을 화학식 (III)의 화합물에 대해 1 내지 6당량의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (b)에서 수소화 촉매가 탄소, 실리카 및 알루미나로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 지지체에 담지된 형태이면서 1~20 중량%의 Pd 담지량 범위를 갖는 Pd계 촉매인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (b)에서 수소화 촉매가 금속 성분을 기준으로 하여 화학식 (III)의 화합물에 대해 0.01 내지 10 중량%의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (b)의 수소화 반응이 0 내지 50℃의 온도 및 수소압력 1 내지 100기압에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알콕시아민 또는 할로알콕시아민의 염산염을 사용하는 방법.
- (a) 하기 화학식 (II)의 화합물을 트리에틸아민, 트리(n-부틸)아민, 디이소프로필에틸아민, 피리딘, 4-디메틸아미노피리딘, 4-(4-메틸-피페리딘-1-일)-피리딘 및 소듐 아세테이트로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 염기의 존재하에 알콕시아민 또는 할로알콕시아민, 또는 그들의 염과 반응시켜 하기 화학식 (III)의 화합물을 제조하고, (b) 화학식 (III)의 화합물에 메탄설폰산, 및 수소화 촉매로서 지지체에 담지되거나 또는 지지체에 담지되지 않은 금속 촉매를 첨가하여 수소화 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 화학식 (I)의 화합물을 제조하고;상기 제조된 화학식 (I)의 화합물을 하기 화학식 (V)의 화합물과 반응시켜 하기 화학식 (VI)의 화합물, 그의 염 또는 수화물을 제조하는 방법:상기 식에서R은 C1-C4-알킬 또는 할로게노-C1-C4-알킬을 나타내고,P는 포르밀, 아세틸, 트리플루오로아세틸, 벤조일, 파라톨루엔술폰일, 메톡시카보닐, 에톡시카보닐, t-부톡시카보닐, 벤질옥시카보닐, 파라메톡시벤질, 트리 틸, 테트라하이드로피라닐 및 피발로일로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 보호기를 나타내며,X는 할로겐을 나타낸다.
- 제12항에 있어서, 화학식 (VI)의 화합물이 (R,S)-7-(3-아미노메틸-4-syn-메톡시이미노-피롤리딘-1-일)-1-시클로프로필-6-플루오로-4-옥소-1,4-디히드로-1,8-나프티리딘-3-카복시산 메탄설포네이트 또는 그의 수화물인 방법.
