Claims (21)
- 직경 d0의 코어(C0), 피치 p1에서 나선형으로 함께 권취된 직경 d1의 M개의 와이어(M은 6 또는 7이다)로 이루어진, 코어를 둘러싼 중간층(C1) 및 피치 p2에서 나선형으로 함께 권취된 직경 d2의 N개의 와이어[여기서, N은 중간층(C1) 둘레에 한 층으로 권취될 수 있는 와이어의 최대수 Nmax보다 1 내지 3개 적다]로 이루어진, 중간층을 둘러싼 외부층(C2)을 포함하는, 타이어 카커스 보강재에 대한 강화 부재로서 사용할 수 있는, 불포화 외부층을 갖는 다층 케이블로서, 다음 특징(d0, d1, d2, p1 및 p2, 단위: mm)을 갖는 케이블:(i) 0.14 < d0 < 0.28이고,(ii) 0.12 < d1 < 0.25이고,(iii) 0.12 < d2 < 0.25이고,(iv) M이 6인 경우, 1.10 < (d0/d1) < 1.40이고, M이 7인 경우, 1.40 < (d0/d1) < 1.70이고,(v) 5π(d0 + d1) < p1 < p2 < 5π(d0 + 2d1 + d2)이며,(vi) 중간층(C1)과 외부층(C2)의 와이어는 동일한 꼬임 방향으로 권취된다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구조가 [1+M+N]이고, 코어가 단일 와이어에 의해 형성되는 케이블.
- 제2항에 있어서, 구조가 [1+6+10], [1+6+11], [1+6+12], [1+7+11], [1+7+12] 및 [1+7+13]으로부터 선택되는 케이블.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 구조가 [1+6+N]인 케이블.
- 제4항에 있어서, 구조가 [1+6+11]인 케이블.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다음 관계식을 만족시키는 케이블.d1 = d2,5 < p1 < p2 < 15.
- 제6항에 있어서, 다음 관계식을 만족시키는 케이블.0.18 < d0 < 0.24,0.16 < d1 = d2 < 0.19,5 < p1 < p2 < 12.
