Claims (11)
- 제1 절연 기판,상기 제1 기판 위의 각 화소 영역에 형성되어 있는 다수의 화소 전극,상기 제1 기판과 마주하는 제2 절연 기판,상기 제2 기판 위에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 화소 전극에 대응하는 공통 전극,상기 제1 기판과 제2 기판 사이에 주입되어 수평 배향되어 있는 액정 분자를 가지며, 상기 액정 분자는 상기 화소 전극 및 상기 공통 전극 사이에 전압이 인가되었을 때 상기 제1 및 제2 기판의 중심면에 대하여 대칭을 이루며 상기 액정 분자의 장축이 상기 제1 및 제2 기판에 평행한 방향으로 배향되어 구부러짐 배열을 이루는 액정층을 포함하고,상기 화소 전극은 상기 화소 영역마다 분리 형성되어 상기 화소 전극 사이에 제1 개구부가 존재하고 상기 공통 전극은 제2 개구부를 가지며, 상기 제1 개구부와 상기 제2 개구부는 서로 어긋나게 위치하고 있는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 제1 기판 및 제2 기판 위에 각각 형성되어 있으며, 상기 액정층을 수평 배향하기 위한 제1 및 제2 배향막을 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 액정층은 양의 유전율 이방성을 갖는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 제2 기판과 상기 공통 전극 사이에 형성되어 있는 색 필터를 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 제1 기판 위에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 화소 전극과 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 박막 트랜지스터를 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1 절연 기판,상기 제1 기판 위의 각 화소 영역에 형성되어 있는 다수의 화소 전극,상기 제1 기판과 마주하는 제2 절연 기판,상기 제2 기판 위에 상기 화소 전극에 대응하여 전면에 형성되어 있으며 함몰부를 포함하는 공통 전극,상기 제1 기판과 제2 기판 사이에 주입되어 수평 배향되어 있는 액정 분자를 가지며, 상기 액정 분자는 상기 화소 전극 및 상기 공통 전극 사이에 전압이 인가되었을 때 상기 제1 및 제2 기판의 중심면에 대하여 대칭을 이루며 상기 액정 분자의 장축이 상기 제1 및 제2 기판에 평행한 방향으로 배향되어 구부러짐 배열을 이루는 액정층을 포함하고,상기 화소 전극의 경계 영역인 개구부와 상기 공통 전극의 상기 함몰부가 서로 어긋나게 위치하고 있는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제6항에서,상기 제2 기판과 상기 공통 전극 사이에 형성되어 있는 색 필터를 더 포함하며, 상기 함몰부는 상기 색 필터에 의하여 형성되는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제6항에서,상기 제1 기판 및 제2 기판 위에 각각 형성되어 있으며, 상기 액정층을 수평 배향하기 위한 제1 및 제2 배향막을 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제6항에서,상기 제2 기판과 상기 공통 전극 사이에 형성되어 있는 블랙 매트릭스를 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제6항에서,상기 액정층은 양의 유전율 이방성을 갖는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제6항에서,상기 제1 기판 위에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 화소 전극과 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 박막 트랜지스터를 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
