Claims (11)
- 디옥타헤드랄형 스멕타이트 점토 광물의 산 처리에 의해 얻어진 활성 백토 정형 입자로서, 레이저 회절법에 의해 측정한 체적 기준 메디안 직경(D50)이 10∼60 ㎛의 정형 입자로 이루어지고, 수은 압입법으로 측정한 세공 반경 1000∼70000 Å의 세공 용적이 0.63∼1.00 cc/g의 범위에 있으며, 또한 BET 비표면적이 250∼400 m2/g의 범위에 있는 것인 활성 백토 정형 입자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 주사형 전자현미경 사진에 있어서, 몬모릴로나이트 특유의 주름형 박편 조직과 크레이터형 다공 조직을 갖는 것인 활성 백토 정형 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서, X선 회절(Cu-κα)에 있어서, 2θ= 19∼20°에 몬모릴로나이트 특유의 회절 피크와, 2θ= 25∼26°에 석고 특유의 회절 피크를 갖는 것인 활성 백토 정형 입자.
- 디옥타헤드랄형 스멕타이트 점토 광물을 레이저 회절법에 의해 측정한 체적 기준 메디안 직경(D50)이 1∼10 ㎛가 될 때까지 입도 조정하는 공정, 이 분쇄 처리물에 산 가용성 내지 산 분해성 무기 화합물을 혼합하는 공정, 이 혼합물을 레이저 회절법에 의해 측정한 체적 기준 메디안 직경(D50)이 10∼60 ㎛의 정형 입자가 되도록 조립하는 공정, 및 이 정형 입자를 입자 형상을 유지한 채로 산 처리하는 공정을 포함하는 활성 백토 정형 입자의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 분쇄 처리물에 산 가용성 내지 산 분해성 무기 화합물을 건조물 기준으로 1∼15 중량%의 양으로 혼합하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 산 분해성 무기 화합물이 탄산칼슘인 것인 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 혼합물의 조립을 혼합물의 슬러리를 분무 건조 조립하여 실시하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 정형 입자의 산 처리를 60∼100℃의 무기산 수용액 중에 침지함으로써 실시하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 기재한 활성 백토를 포함하는 유지류의 정제제.
- 제1항에 기재한 활성 백토를 포함하는 촉매 담체.
