Claims (12)
- 20 중량% 내지 80 중량%의 세피오라이트; 및
20 중량% 내지 80 중량%의 활성백토;를 포함하고,
상기 세피오라이트는, 55 중량% 내지 75 중량%의 SiO2, 1 중량% 내지 10 중량%의 Al2O3, 1 중량% 내지 10 중량%의 Fe2O3, 10 중량% 내지 25 중량%의 MgO, 20 중량% 미만의 CaO, 5 중량% 미만의 K2O 및 5 중량% 내지 15 중량%의 수분을 포함하고,
상기 활성백토는 몬모릴로나이트(montmorillonite)를 포함하는 원토를 질산으로 처리한 것이고, 55 중량% 내지 75 중량%의 실리카(SiO2)를 포함하며, 상기 세피오라이트 및 상기 활성백토는 다공성 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착제.

상기 세피오라이트는,
비표면적이 200 ㎡/g 내지 400 ㎡/g,
기공부피가 0.30 ㎤/g 내지 0.50 ㎤/g,

기공크기가 50 Å 내지 80 Å 인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착제.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡착제의 평균입경은 10 ㎛ 내지 100 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착제.
- 제1항의 흡착제의 제조방법에 있어서,
세피오라이트 및 활성백토를 준비하는 단계; 및
상기 세피오라이트 및 활성백토를 혼합하는 단계;를 포함하는 흡착제 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 세피오라이트와 활성백토를 혼합하는 단계는
상기 세피오라이트 및 활성백토를 매질-프리 상태로 단순 혼합 또는 분쇄하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착제 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 세피오라이트와 활성백토를 혼합하는 단계는
상기 세피오라이트 및 활성백토가 녹지 않는 매질에서 혼합하여 슬러리를 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 슬러리를 건조하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착제 제조방법.
- 제1항의 흡착제를 준비하는 단계; 및
상기 흡착제를 유해화학물질에 접촉시키는 단계;를 포함하는 유해화학물질 제거방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 유해화학물질은 화학물질관리법의 사고대비물질 및 유독물질; 및 화학작용제(chemical warfare agent, CWA);로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유해화학물질 제거방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 흡착제를 유해화학물질에 접촉시키는 단계는 상기 흡착제의 수동 살포 또는 고압 실린더 분사를 통하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유해화학물질 제거방법.
