- 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널;상기 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널과 평행하게 배치되며, 상기 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널이 부착되는 면의 반대쪽 면에 구동 회로부가 장착되는 샤시 베이스;상기 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 전극과 구동 회로부를 전기적으로 연결하는 FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit);상기 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 가장자리 부분에 구비되어 상기 FPC를 통해 구동 회로부로부터 제어되는 신호에 따라 상기 전극에 선택적으로 전압을 인가하는 드라이버 IC;상기 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 가장자리 부분에 설치되어 상기 드라이버 IC로부터 발생되는 열을 방출시키는 열전달유니트; 및,상기 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 전극 단자와 상기 드라이버 IC의 연결 단자에 부분적으로 형성되는 절연막;을 포함하고,상기 열전달유니트는 상기 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 가장자리 부분을 따라 위치하는 열전도성 금속 패턴을 포함하고,상기 열전도성 금속 패턴의 길이 방향에 대하여 그 양 단부에 접촉 설치되는 히트싱크를 포함하는 드라이버 IC 방열 구조를 갖는 플라즈마 디스플레이 장치.
