Claims (4)
- 충전지팩에 수용된 검사용 충전지의 내부저항의 검출장치에 있어서,상기 검출장치는,정전류 충전모드와 정전압 충전모드를 포함하고 정전류값 I0으로 상기 정전류 충전모드에 의해 충전이 개시되어 충전지전압이 소정의 전압값 Vmax에 도달한 후 정전압 Vmax로 상기 정전압 충전모드로 충전을 충전종료시까지 행하는 정전류-정전압 충전방식에 의해 충전지팩에 수용된 검사용 충전지를 충전하는 경우에,(i) 상기 검사용 충전지의 전압을 측정하는 수단과,(ii) 정전압 충전모드에서 상기 검사용 충전지의 축적된 충전량을 획득하는 수단과,(iii) 정전압 충전모드에의 전량과 증감될 때의 내부저항 또는 증감된 크기의 관계에 따라서, 상기 검사용 충전지에 상당하는 미리 획득된 정상의 충전지의 데이터를 기억하는 수단과,(iv) 상기 수단 (ii)에 의해 획득된 정전압 충전모드에서의 상기 검사용 충전지의 상기 충전량에 대해 상기 수단 (iii)으로부터의 정보를 참조하는 수단을 적어도 구비하고,상기 검사용 충전지의 내부저항이 상기 수단 (iv)에서의 정보로부터 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 충전지팩에 수용된 검사용 충전지의 내부저항의 검출장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 충전지팩은 충전지와, 온오프(ON-OFF) 제어를 행할 수 있는 충전용 스위칭소자, 방전용 스위칭소자 및 충방전 전류값을 검출하기 위한 검출소자 중의 1개 이상이 상기 충전지의 충방전 통로에 수용된 제어회로를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 충전지팩에 수용된 검사용 충전지의 내부저항의 검출장치.
- 검사용 충전지의 내부저항의 검출장치가 수용되어 있는 충전지팩에 있어서, 상기 검출장치는정전류 충전모드와 정전압 충전모드를 포함하고 정전류값 I0으로 상기 정전류 충전모드에 의해 충전이 개시되어 충전지전압이 소정의 전압값 Vmax에 도달한 후 정전압 Vmax로 상기 정전압 충전모드로 충전을 충전종료시까지 행하는 정전류-정전압 충전방식에 의해 검사용 충전지를 충전하는 경우에,(i) 상기 검사용 충전지의 전압을 측정하는 수단과,(ii) 정전압 충전모드에서 상기 검사용 충전지의 축적된 충전량을 획득하는 수단과,(iii) 정전압 충전모드에의 전량과 증감될 때의 내부저항 또는 증감된 크기의 관계에 따라서, 상기 검사용 충전지에 상당하는 미리 획득된 정상의 충전지의 데이터를 기억하는 수단과,(iv) 상기 수단 (ii)에 의해 획득된 정전압 충전모드에서의 상기 검사용 충전지의 상기 충전량에 대해 상기 수단 (iii)으로부터의 정보를 참조하는 수단을 적어도 구비하여, 상기 검사용 충전지의 내부저항이 상기 수단 (iv)에서의 정보로부터 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검사용 충전지의 내부저항의 검출장치가 수용되어 있는 충전지팩.
- 정전류 충전모드와 정전압 충전모드를 포함하고, 정전류값 I0으로 상기 정전류 충전모드에 의해 충전이 개시되어 상기 검사용 충전지의 충전지전압이 소정의 전압값 Vmax에 도달한 후 정전압 Vmax의 상기 정전압 충전모드로 충전을 충전종료시까지 행하는 정전류-정전압 충전방식에 의해 검사용 충전지를 충전하는 경우에, 정전압 충전모드에서 상기 검사용 충전지의 축적된 충전량을 획득하는 단계(a)와, 상기 단계(a)의 정전압 충전모드에서 획득한 상기 검사용 충전지의 상기 충전량은, 증감할 때의 내부저항 또는 정전압 충전모드에서 증감된 크기에 대한 충전량 Qcv의 관계에 대하여, 상기 검사용 충전지에 상당하는 미리 획득된 정상의 충전지의 데이터를 참조하는 단계(b)를 적어도 포함하는 검사용 충전지의 내부저항의 검출방법을 내포하고 있는 검사용 충전지의 내부저항 검출프로그램이 기억되어 있는 메모리 매체.
