Claims (10)
- 스크린(12)을 갖춘 집수조(11)에 의해 가정이나 공장 등에서 배출된 하수를 일정량 집수함과 동시에 하수에 포함된 고형물을 걸러내는 역할을 수행하는 하수집수단계(S1)와;상기 집수조(11)에 집수된 하수를 펌핑수단(P1)을 통해 펌핑하여 슬러지조정기(13)에 보내서 하수 속에 포함된 슬러지와 물을 분리 처리하는 슬러지제거단계(S2)와;상기 슬러지조정기(13)를 통해 걸러져 모아진 슬러지를 컨베이어 이송장치(14)를 통해 이동시켜 슬러지 탈수설비(15)를 이용하여 슬러지에 포함된 수분을 제거한 처리하는 탈수단계(S3)와;상기 슬러지조정기(13)를 통해 슬러지와 분리된 하수를 여과조(16)로 공급받아 여과조(16) 상에 마련된 스크린필터(17)를 통해 미세 슬러지를 제거하는 여과단계(S4)와;상기 여과조(16)에서 미세슬러지가 제거된 상태의 하수를 자연 여과기능을 갖는 여과사층(23,25,26), 천연유기물질인 물이끼류 이탄을 적층하여 수처리재로 사용하는 수처리재층(24)을 포함하는 정화조(20) 내에 펌핑수단(P2)으로 공급함으로써, 상기 정화조(20) 내에서 하수에 포함된 유기물 및 영양염류를 수처리재층(24)의 이탄에서 흡착하여 자연발생적인 미생물에 의해 생분해 함에 따라 하수를 정화하여 방류하게 되는 정화단계(S5)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하수종말처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탈수단계에서 슬러지 탈수설비를 통해 탈수되는 슬러지에서 배출된 수분(하수)은 한데 모아져서 상기 여과조로 이송되어 여과단계를 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 하수종말처리 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 정화단계의 정화조에서 수처리재층에 적층되는 물이끼류 이탄은,북위 48°캐나다 엘버트 지역에서 생산 공급되는 물이끼류의 일종으로서, 독특한 섬유질 다공성 세포구조를 가지고 있어 이 섬유질 다공성 세포구조가 모세관 작용에 의해 자중 기준의 8.3~10배 가량의 강력한 흡착력을 가지고, 흡착한 물질을 캡슐화하여 4bar 이상의 외부압력에 의하지 않고는 재방출하지 않으며, 자연 발생적인 미생물의 숙주 기능을 통해 흡착된 질소와 인과 같은 영양염류를 미생물이 자연상태로 생분해 시킬 수 있는 특성을 갖도록 연구 개발된 천연유기물질의 이탄을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하수종말처리 방법.
- 가정이나 공장 등에서 배출된 하수를 일정량 집수함과 동시에 하수에 포함된 고형물을 걸러내는 역할을 수행하는 스크린(12)을 갖춘 집수조(11)와;상기 집수조(11)에 집수된 하수를 펌핑수단(P1)을 통해 펌핑하여 하수 속에 포함된 슬러지와 물을 분리 처리하는 슬러지조정기(13)와;상기 슬러지조정기(13)를 통해 걸러져 모아진 슬러지를 컨베이어 이송장치(14)로 이송받아 슬러지에 포함된 수분을 제거하는 슬러지 탈수설비(15)와;상기 슬러지조정기(13)를 통해 슬러지와 분리된 하수를 공급받아 하수에 포함된 미세 슬러지를 제거하는 스크린필터(17)를 갖춘 여과조(16)와;상기 여과조(16) 내의 하수를 펌핑수단(P2)을 통해 공급받아 하수에 포함된 유기물 및 영양염류를 흡착하여 자연발생적인 미생물에 의해 생분해 함에 따라 하수를 정화하여 방류시킬 수 있도록 자연낙하 방식으로 흘러내리는 하수에 대해 자연 여과기능을 갖는 여과사층(23,25,26) 및 천연유기물질인 물이끼류 이탄을 적층하여 수처리재로 사용하는 수처리재층(24)이 최저 3단의 층상구조를 갖고 배치된 정화조(20)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 간이 하수종말처리장.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 정화조는,외관을 형성하는 정화조본체(21) 내부를 일정 구역으로 구획한 다음, 그 내부의 일측 최상단에 상기 여과조(16)로부터 공급되는 하수를 저장하여 자연 낙하방식을 통해 흘려보내는 하수저장공간층(22)이 마련되고,상기 하수저장공간층(22) 바로 밑으로 순차적으로 여과사로 구성된 제1여과사층(23)과, 천연유기물질인 물이끼류 이탄을 적층하여 수처리재로 사용하는 수처리재층(24)과, 여과사로 구성된 제2여과사층(25)이 최저 3단의 층상구조를 갖도록 배치되며,상기 최저 3단의 층상구조를 갖도록 배치된 전방으로 여과사로만 단층 구성된 제3여과사층(26)을 연속적으로 배치하면서 그 사이사이에 유속의 조절기능을 갖는 복수개의 유로가이드(30,31,32)를 일정 간격을 두고 배치함과 아울러 상기 유로가이드의 전방인 상기 정화조본체(21)의 외주면 일측에 방류수를 방류할 수 있는 방류수배출구(27)가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 간이 하수종말처리장.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,상기 수처리재층(24)을 구성하는 물이끼류 이탄은, 북위 46°캐나다 엘버트 지역에서 생산 공급되는 물이끼류의 일종으로서, 독특한 섬유질 다공성 세포구조를 가지고 있어 이 섬유질 다공성 세포구조가 모세관 작용에 의해 자중 기준의 8.3~10배 가량의 강력한 흡착력을 가지고, 흡착한 물질을 캡슐화하여 4bar 이상의 외부압력에 의하지 않고는 재방출하지 않으며, 자연 발생적인 미생물의 숙주 기능을 통해 흡착된 질소와 인과 같은 영양염류를 미생물이 자연상태로 생분해 시킬 수 있는 특성을 갖도록 연구 개발된 천연유기물질의 이탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 간이 하수종말처리장.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,상기 제1,2,3여과사층(23,25,26)을 구성하는 여과사는,규사(흔히, 모래), 알갱이 상태로 제조된 황토, 활성탄과 같은 자연 여과기 능을 갖는 재질 중 적어도 어느 하나로서, 그 크기가 0.8~2㎜ 이내의 고른 규격을 갖는 알갱이 형태로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 간이 하수종말처리장.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 정화조본체(21) 내에는 상기 여과조(16)로부터 펌핑수단(P2)을 통해 공급되는 하수의 공급수위를 조절하기 위한 수위를 감지하는 수위감지장치(34)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 간이 하수종말처리장.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 정화조본체(21)의 내부에 층상구조로 배치되는 제1여과사층(23)과 수처리재층(24)은 각각 층별로 모듈화시켜 상호 분리 가능한 층별케이스(21a,21b)로 제작되고, 상기 각 층별케이스(21a,21b)의 바닥면은 여과사나 수처리재가 빠져나갈 수 없는 상태의 메쉬망 구조로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 간이 하수종말처리장.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 각 층별케이스(21a,21b)의 측면에 슬라이드 개폐 가능한 이동장치(35)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 간이 하수종말처리장.
