Claims (18)
- 밀집 주거영역에서 발생되는 생활오수를 오수관을 통해 이송받아 체거름하는 스크린(1);상기 스크린(1)을 통과하는 처리수를 받아서 일시적으로 저장하는 유량 조정조(2);연속적으로 회전하면서 순환하는 여상(3a)을 가지며 그 여상(3a)에 유기성 여재를 공급해 여층(3b)을 형성하고, 상기 유량 조정조(2)에 저장된 처리수를 상기 여층(3b) 위로 공급받아 여과하는 회전순환식 여과기(3);상기 회전순환식 여과기(3)를 거친 처리수를 공급받아 일시적으로 저장하면서 배출유량을 조정하는 제1·2 무산소조(4)(5);상기 과정을 거친 처리수를 분리막(分離膜)을 이용해 최종적으로 여과하여 청정화시키는 분리막 여과기(6);상기 분리막 여과기(6)를 거쳐 처리된 중수를 받아 저장하면서 그 중수를 수요처로 보내는 중수 저장조(7);상기 스크린(1)에서 걸러진 오물과 회전순환식 여과기(3)에서 오물을 흡착한 여재와 주거영역에서 발생되는 유기성 쓰레기와 음식물 쓰레기가 투입되어 혼합되는 혼합조(8);상기 혼합조(8)에서 혼합된 혼합물을 받아 혐기 발효시켜 바이오 가스를 생산하고 퇴비화하는 소화조(9);상기 소화조(9)에서 생산되는 가스를 포집하여 정화한 후에 압축 저장하고, 저장된 가스를 수요처로 보내는 가스 저장탱크(10);로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생활 환경오염물을 자원으로 재생하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스크린(1)은 0.5㎜이상의 망눈을 갖는 망체로 형성되며, 오수를 오물이 분해되기 전에 체거름 하여 오수에 포함된 오물의 75~80%를 걸러내고, 걸러진 오물은 상기 혼합조(8)로 이송되며, 통과하는 오수는 유량 조정조(2)로 자유 낙하하여 이송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생활 환경오염물을 자원으로 재생하는 장치.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기성 여재는 폐목재를 굵기 1~5㎜, 길이 5~25㎜의 범위에서 다양한 크기로 분쇄한 목편을 사용하며, 여재의 조립율을 오수가 200m/일의 속도로 여층(3b)을 통과하도록 설계하여서 처리수에 포함된 오물 입자가 95%이상 흡착되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 생활 환경오염물을 자원으로 재생하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 여층(3b)은 그 두께를 원수의 오염도에 따라 50~200㎜ 범위에서 조정하여 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생활 환경오염물을 자원으로 재생하는 장치.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전순환식 여과기(3)를 통해 혼합조(8)로 투입되는 여재는 그 여재 외에 투입되는 오수슬러지 및 음식물 쓰레기량의 2배로 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생활 환경오염물을 자원으로 재생하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소화조(9)의 저부에는 난방코일(9c)이 설치되며, 그 내부온도를 37℃이상 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생활 환경오염물을 자원으로 재생하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소화조(9)는 그 내부로 유입되는 혼합물을 100일간 소화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 생활 환경오염물을 자원으로 재생하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소화조(9)는 지하로 일정깊이 굴착한 트렌치(9a)를 형성하고 그 트렌치(9a) 속에 콘크리트 구조물을 세워 구축하며, 그 콘크리트 구조물의 외측에 목편, 톱밥, 왕겨, 볏짚과 같은 유기성 폐기물 중에서 선택된 어느 하나를 300㎜이상 피복한 단열재층(9b)을 형성하여 단열되도록 하면서 상기 유기성 폐기물의 호기성 발효로 인한 발효열을 공급받아 그 내부온도가 37℃이상 유지되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 생활 환경오염물을 자원으로 재생하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소화조(9)는 유기성 혼합물 5㎏당 1㎥의 가스가 생산되고, 그 가스에는 60%~70%의 메탄 성분이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 생활 환경오염물을 자원으로 재생하는 장치.
